One of the cleanest rentals we’ve stayed in. Very well appointed kitchen and overall household - we appreciated a traditional coffee maker (not just pods). Great location, easy access to Duval without being in the middle of it. Close to parks and museums and a lot of great restaurants within easy walking distance. Nice pool (temp controlled!) with plenty of chairs. Super easy spacious reserved parking (a surprise for Key West). Great communication and extremely helpful.

There was a problem with wi-fi and the cable tv box. Manager came by twice, brought us a Key Lime Pie, was very helpful and even offered to drive us to the airport. Could not have been kinder.

Some Hiccups, Great Location

We stayed here as a family of 5, there was plenty of room for all of us. The check-in process was disappointing. We arrived 2 hours after check-in and were eager to get the kids something to eat. The key was supposed to be in the lock box, and the property owner did not know the code to open it. After 30 minutes of trying to figure it out, he was able to provide the code and we opened it to find there was no key in the lock box. We were also notified that the cleaning crew had not cleaned the unit before our check-in, so we also had to wait for that. Disappointed with the whole check-in process. The floors of the unit were very dirty so we had to go out and buy Swiffer pads to clean the floor so the bottom of our feet wouldn't be black. Other than that, the unit was fine. The highlight was the quiet location and close to proximity to everything.

Great location - perfect for our stay!

We loved this condo. Plenty of room to spread out and be comfortable for a week or so. Great location close to everything. Our only issue was that the complex was doing roof/gutter work on our building so it was a little noisy at times and one worker was on our balcony one morning to access the roof. A minor inconvenience. Everything else was perfect - highly recommend!

Beautiful condo in a beautiful location

We throughly enjoyed our time at this unit. The pictures don’t do it justice, as much of the furniture, doors and windows are brand new. The location in the Shipyard complex is perfect, it’s just a quick walk to the pool, Whitehead Street and the Truman Waterfront Park. We were worried about construction to replace the roofs on the buildings across the way but couldn’t hear a thing inside the condo. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

Nice sized condo with everything we needed

Very convenient location and nice condo. We were in walking distance to everything. We did drive to the beach only because it was cheaper for a car than five people. We highlyrecommend the condo to everyone looking for a place in Key West. Also want to mention that we enjoyed the pool. I hadn’t read anything about it in the other comments, but there is a very nice salt water pool in the complex that we enjoyed every day and so it’s worth mentioning.

Great stay in key west.

Walk to Duval, green parrot and blue heaven a block away. Fort Zachary Taylor beach and coffee butler a stone’s throw away.

Outstanding!

This property is centrally located in Old Town at Truman Annex. It has easy walking access to all locations in the Old Town area. The property was clean with linens and towels provided. Honestly, I am not sure about kitchen items provided because we take full advantage of Key West's food offerings whenever we visit. The host was absolutely amazing with great communication! I highly recommend any and all listings available by Tevis and his wonderful family! We'll be back! PS the twin bedroom light switch provides power to the modem so be sure not to switch it off or you will lose wifi:)

Birthday stay.

Easy process. Nice owner. Only 2 blocks from Duvall Street. The condo had everything we needed as we stayed for a full week. The only 2 complaints that we discussed with the owner were the floors need scrubbed and mopped and the tub drain needs snaked as it clogged twice. Otherwise everything was great and we had a great time in key west!!!

Nice little condo close to downtown and Ft. Zachary Taylor

Second floor condo with nice little deck. Great location near downtown and Ft. Zachary Park. Had a little trouble finding the unit (most of the condos have number signs facing the parking lot; this one does not). The door to the unit faces sideways, next to the door to the condo directly below it. The assigned parking space is also a couple of buildings away from the unit. The new queen mattress in the main bedroom was too hard for my Wife's already bad back, so we probably wouldn't come back to this unit, based only for that reason. Otherwise, would highly recommend if you like a firm bed.

We were lucky!

This is a very nice condo, situated in an awesome location. A block away from the Green Parrot. 5-10 minute walk to anything on Duvall Street. Mallory Square, an easy 8-10 minute walk. And, a 10-15 walk down to the beaches on the State Park. We stayed a week and never had to move the car. The condo itself is just right for a family of four, very well appointed and had what we needed for a great week. I would certainly stay here again. This was our first visit to Key West, and we did not know the lay of the land. We felt very lucky to end up in the perfect spot. How often does that happen?

My name is Michael Wernicoff. I grew up in Ocean City, NJ windsurfing the beaches and sailing the back bays. In 1977, we loaded up our car and with our Hobie Cat sailboat in tow; we set off for our first family trip to the Florida Keys.
The warm breeze and the turquoise waters brought us back every school vacation. First, we rented a small house for a week, The next year a condo for two weeks. A few years later we bought our first home which we rented out between stays ... and Vacation Rentals in Key West was born.
