Disclaimer:

For safety there are two cameras at the house, at the front door there is a ring doorbell and on the back there is a camera that is viewing the backdoor from the patio. The camera's are only viewed when the house is not occupied for security reasons.

This house is a self-catering house, we provide a starting set that contains a roll of toilet paper for each toilet, there are 3 little bottles of shampoo/conditioner/body lotion or a similar product and a little hand soap in each bathroom. In the kitchen you will find a roll of paper kitchen towels, a scrub sponge, a little pack of coffee or Thea, a reusable wipe, a bottle of hand soap, a little bag with some dishwasher tablets and a little bottle detergent.

The local Walmart is around the corner of this resort to grab additional items when needed.

The private pool can be heated, this is NOT included in the rental price. Pool heat pricing is $ 20 a night (incl. tax) and has to be added for all nights of your stay. The pool will be heated till around 87 degrees and will be running for 12 hours a day, during the night the pool heater will not run because of the noise it makes. In the colder months it can be that the pool heater isn't reaching the temperature of 87 degrees due to cold nights. There will be NO-refunds for pool heat in these periods because we can't control nature and we are making costs for having the pool heater on during your stay.܏
