Welcome Sunrise Sanctuary, a cozy and creatively designed urban space! With a boho/mid-century modern touch, this condo is the perfect place to relax and rejuvenate after a long day of exploring Miami. Located in downtown Miami, between the Design District and Brickell, and on the edge of the vibrant and eclectic Wynwood neighborhood, you'll find plenty of cafes, restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and parks just a short walk away. Publix is just a few blocks away and the newly opened Whole foods is about 10 blocks away! Trader Joe's is also very close.
Nearby are renowned foot and coffee spots such as Vice City Bean, Miami Slice pizza, and Bunbury. Also do not skip out on the pastries at Aroma espresso bar which is right on the street level below the condo building!

Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a spacious living area with cozy seating, eclectic decor, and a laptop-friendly workspace with fast and reliable wifi and an electric adjustable height desk

The open kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to whip up a delicious meal, and the kitchen island / dining area provides the perfect spot to enjoy a meal.
Master Bedroom
Our peaceful master bedroom features a comfortable queen bed and stunning bay views. A blackout shade ensures a good night's sleep, and the sunrise patio is the perfect spot to start your day with some yoga or enjoy the city lights in the evening. PLEASE NOTE: The owner of this condo lives in the condo periodically throughout the year, and she leaves some of her belongings throughout the condo.

Enter the east facing patio from bedroom or living room, and enjoy the best place to relax and rejuvenate. Whether starting your day with some yoga during the sunrise, enjoying the city lights in the evening with a few drinks...the view is stunning.

For guest and property protection, we have a decibel/noise monitoring device in the condo (which doesn't record audio) and building security 24/7

Everything is open to use except the locked closet with the owners personal belongings. Please treat the condo and belongings as if it were your own.
Standard Mail vs Package Receiving: Please be advised that access to the mailbox is only provided by approval of the owner. Packages may be received in the receiving room near valet, but access to the mailbox is provided only on a "request only" .

Guest Registration & Approval Process
Where applicable this reservation is subject to and contingent upon the prospective guest/s being approved by the condominium (a background check will be completed in this process). I will assist with the entire process. The application fee is $200 for the 1st adult or married couple. In order to avoid an additional $200 application fee the condo association requires a marriage certificate for married couples. The application should be completed and submitted for association approval 14 business days prior to the effective date of reservation. In the event the prospective guest/s is/are not approved, this reservation will be cancelled, and all deposits made will be refunded to the prospective tenant
Security Deposit: Guests will be required to place a pre-authorization hold on their credit card of choice for $250 for a security deposit. Guests will be prompted to submit their credit card info and complete this process through their Boarding Pass prior to obtaining the property access info. Following checkout, a property inspection will be completed, and the security deposit pre-authorization hold will be released seven (7) days after checkout, minus any specific deductions for damage charges, if applicable. An itemized statement detailing any deductions will be provided to the guest. This process ensures both parties are protected and clear about the financial arrangements related to the property rental.
Parking
There is 1 parking spot included with the rental and please note that a one-time $35 registration fee is required by the building association.

PLEASE NOTE: The owner of this condo lives in the condo periodically throughout the year, and she leaves some of her belongings throughout the condo.
Pets
Pets are welcome at our pet-friendly property. The building association permits pets weighing less than 20 pounds. Pet registration, including vaccines, a signed form, a photo, and a one-time $200 fee per pet is required (and paid through Airbnb). Additionally, owners charge $200 for the first pet and an additional $200 for the second pet. Regardless of size or breed, the total fee is $400 for one pet and $400 for two pets.
Age and Booking Policy
This property does not allow local residents within 60 miles radius, groups under 25 years of age, events, parties (bachelor/bachelorette groups are allowed), photo shoots or gatherings of any kind.
Rent Responsible
We are committed to Rent Responsibly standards. This means we follow best-in-class guidelines to ensure you have a peaceful, safe, and memorable stay with us. We use a smart home device that measures decibel levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay, and it is 100% privacy compliant and required on this property.
