while our place is very private, we do have neighbours who live permanently in the area. Please note that local bylaw prohibits audible music or noise 15 meters from the property line. Please refrain from loud noise/music outside, especially during the evening. There are noise monitors in the outdoor area of the property which will light up and sound if there is excess noise.
