SE PLANEA UNA RENOVACIÓN TOTAL PARA EL VERANO DE 2019. UN BALCÓN SERÁ AÑADIDO. LLEGARÁ DE MANERA SIMILAR A OTRO APARTAMENTO EN EL MISMO EDIFICIO QUE SE ENCUENTRA COMO "Despiértate con hermosas vistas al océano desde este elegante apartamento".
Este es un hermoso apartamento en el mar, con espectaculares vistas desde el noveno piso. Si te gusta la playa, el clima cálido, el sol y los paseos cortos a los mercados locales y restaurantes con paz y tranquilidad mientras duermes, esto es para ti. Tiene acceso directo a la playa, con un ascensor privado y una entrada privada y segura. También es perfecto para corredores, ya que está en el camino desde ANFI del MAR hasta el pueblo de Arguineguin. Si eres un ciclista, este es un paraíso para entrenar durante todo el año, en toda la isla; con escaladas o paseos de recuperación, directamente desde la entrada del edificio. Además, las rutas de senderismo comienzan justo al otro lado de la calle. Los mercados y restaurantes se encuentran muy cerca.

This property is fantastically located to explore all of Gran Canaria. Amazing waterfront proximity and views. Walking distance to Shops and Restaurants. Owner is great and was available for information on quick response times. Only issue (which you forget when you see the view) is the Building is undergoing a major renovation although during our week there was no concerning noise. We would stay again.

A perfect apartment with a perfect view.

This was a a perfectly appointed apartment. The attention to detail was impressive. The host or her assistant were always available. We appreciated the quality mattress and linens and well equipped kitchen, in this spotlessly clean, modern, sun filled unit. There is lots of outdoor parking space and good restaurants within walking distance.

Fantastic Sunset

We were greeted by Nathalie very warmly. It was all super organized and prepared. The apartment on the 9th floor has invited us to relax. A bottle of Cava with biscuit were ready for us! After opening the curtains, the expanse of the Atlantic surprised us. The TV even had German programs and the WLAN worked very well. The kitchen is equipped with practical facilities. The bathroom is designed according to the circumstances. The lift was convenient to get to the beach. Sun loungers, parasols and large bath towels were available.There are many restaurants nearby and there is a bus, taxi or rental car for other activities. We enjoyed it very much and can recommend it with a good conscience. We would like to thank Nathalie for her lovely style and to lock her in our hearts. Amazing

Not normally one for writing reviews but feel that not putting one up would be a crime...Anyone considering booking do it now you won't regret it!! Nathalie greeted us with a warm welcome on arrival nespresso pods,tea,milk and chilled cava was provided which was a nice little touch..the apartment itself had everything we needed and all done to a high standard and I have to say spotless.washing machine was an added bonus,beach towels and complimentary bath robes and slippers we loved..the view was mesmerising and waking up and going to sleep was relaxing with the sounds of the waves.. the Pictures really don't do it justice.The area is quiet which we liked but if you wanted to get out and about were a taxi and bus stops outside we found this convenient and fairly priced..we ate in all the restaurants near by and always had lovely food and attentive efficient service.Without a shadow of a doubt we will be returning,Nathalie has found a piece of paradise and god bless her for wanting to share it !!

Amazing slice of paradise that can’t be beat!

I have to say that for the first time with my long experience renting vacation homes on HomeAway, the description and pictures UNDERsold this amazing place! The apartment is immaculate, with a very roomy and open feel. The window with an unobstructed amazing ocean view opens all the way up which provides a refreshing ocean breeze. We enjoyed waking up every morning to the sound of waves crashing just outside. There is also a motorized retractable awning that allows you to enjoy the ocean view all day even when the sun is shining right at you. Nathalie was very responsive and met us at the apartment to show us everything when we got there. She also provided a nice cold bottle of Cava, along with a Nespresso machine stocked with Espresso! The kitchen and bathroom are typical of European apartments, and were very functional. The washing machine was great as well. Taking the elevator all the way down to the bottom floor drops you RIGHT on the beach! We very much enjoyed this beach, with clear blue water, soft sand, and no sea weed! There is also a strip of very good restaurants that serve lunch and dinner all along the beach. A short 10-minute walk down the beach takes you to a shopping center, more restaurants, and a place for water sports (which you don’t hear from the part of the beach you’re on). Also in the same building as the apartment and nearby, there are several supermarkets for all of your needs! Parking is convenient in a gated lot. The island itself is also AWESOME. The location of the apartment is midway between the more scenic and mountainous attractions like Roque Nublo, and other places like the Dunes and the main city of Las Palmas. It was the perfect launching point for all of the things we wanted to do. It was also a quick and convenient drive to the airport as well. We could not be happier with our experience in Gran Canaria and in Nathalie’s excellent apartment. I highly recommend this place to anyone who has a desire for relaxation and enjoyment!

The place to stay in Gran Canaria!

Just had a lovely week in this apartment! Wonderful view. The apartment is very nice and clean, with good quality beds and TV. Internet was good (Wifi in apartment). Nice if You have to work. We did do a lot of cycling and workout, it was perfect coming home and use the wasching machine for training clothes. Not worse to use the elevator directly to the beach!! Also we got two big towels for beach! That’s vacation. Nearby is everything You need, shops and restaurants. We visited Restaurant Palmgarden just up the hill one night. Superb. The restaurant in ground floor by the beach - Cabosuroeste, is very good too. The bus stops just outside the building, and there is also a Taxi station there. The friendly host did everything to make the stay nice. Good information before, always available when questions, and quick response. She really wish that You should have a nice time and come back! We will, and she has two more apartments in the building! One just nearby in 9th floor, just renovated. The third I think is in 11th floor, soon ready for guests. So if You are many people, everyone can stay. No doubt we will come back here!

Amazing property

This property is super convenient. It is right in the center of Arguineguín, with super easy to the beach (directly from the elevator), supermarkets, restaurant, and hiking trails. Besides the stunning view, the place is nicely decorated with new furniture and is very clean. It is a real jewel for a relaxing vacation with friends and family. I really had a good time there. The weather was excellent and the environment was healing. You get both the quietness and within a short walk, the dynamic of heavenly holiday resorts. Will come back again.

Unexpected Luxury and Convenience

I have stayed in many apartments and hotels on Gran Canaria, but nothing as well done as this, especially at this price. The level of quality I experienced, exceeded my expectations! The apartment is on a good high floor, providing stunning views, right on the beach. An elevator is available, providing private access to the beach and the apartment. The owner was very communicative and helpful with clear instructions. The WiFi is free and strong (no issues there). There is a new Nespresso machine with an initial supply of cartridges and a variety of tea bags. The owner was very thoughtful and provided a bottle of Cava (Champagne) as a welcome gift, perfect for celebrating the beautiful sunsets! The furnishings are modern and new, with close attention to detail, including beach towels, shampoo and a good quality hair dryer; even a safe! - No need to overpack, since there is a washer for cleaning your clothes. I especially liked the quality of the beddings; mattress and linens, with actual duvets and properly fitting duvet covers. Everything felt so fresh and crisp! The convenience was exceptional, since there are many shops, restaurants, private parking, even transportation (bus or taxi) at the street level of the building; even a doctor and pharmacy! I enjoyed the hiking trails just across the street into the mountains and jogging along the beach walking path. Next time I will go biking, I heard the routes are plentiful and challenging, with many great views and adventures! The ocean is warm and the beach sand is soft, it is a short walk in either direction along the beach path, to other major resorts with activities, including; jet skiing, parasailing; speed boating; paddle boating, etc. Certainly, from this single location, I had the best of all I could imagine; a well stocked and furnished luxury apartment; local amenities and close by activities. All without the high expense of the surrounding resorts. I'm looking forward to returning in November and hope to experience the camel ride and giant sand dunes in Maspalomas. Clearly the owner has figured out how to make something special for good memories. I think I found a secret gem, this is my target for future holidays! Hope this helps!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This is one of the few properties on the island that is directly on the beach. Patalavaca Beach is just outside the building and has a lifeguard. Many local activities are just a short walk away on the beach/walking path.
