Soak in the San Diego breeze from this design-forward retreat nestled in the coastal neighborhood of Point Loma. With stylish interiors, ocean-kissed air, and thoughtful amenities throughout, Point View Retreat is the kind of stay that makes relaxing effortless and reconnecting natural.
Step into a chef’s kitchen with sleek stainless steel appliances and an open layout that flows seamlessly into a bright dining space for twelve —perfect for gathering over local fare or a casual breakfast before heading to the beach. The airy living room invites you to unwind with a plush sectional and a large-screen TV for movie nights and lazy afternoons.
Five comfortable bedrooms provide plenty of space for rest and privacy, including a serene primary suite with a king bed, ensuite bath, TV, and private balcony. A queen bedroom with its own ensuite and TV offers a second retreat, while one full bedroom and one queen bedroom—each with a TV — are perfect for additional guests. The fifth bedroom features a double bed with a twin trundle and TV, ideal for flexible sleeping arrangements. For extra space, the living room offers a sleeper sofa. This home comfortably accommodates up to 13 guests.

You're also a quick 5-7 minute drive to SeaWorld, Ocean Beach, and Sunset Cliffs, with Downtown, Gaslamp District, and PETCO Park all within 10-15 minutes.
- Home is located under a flight path. The home has dual pane windows to help reduce the noise.
- Home has a total of four floors, with each level separated by sixteen steps.
- This home allows one small dog (25 lbs.) for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.
- Guests can enjoy access to nearby resorts with day passes. We recommend Hotel del Coronado and The Bahia as great nearby options.
- The fireplace is not available for guest use and is for decorative purposes only.
Parking Details:
- 2 car garage can only fit medium to compact cars. Extra large vehicles will not fit due to the height of the garage door. The driveway must not be blocked at any time since it’s shared with neighbors. Street parking is also available.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce.
