Main Level
Discover comfort and convenience with a king ensuite. The fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room flow seamlessly in an open floor plan, keeping everyone connected. Step outside to the spacious deck, where multiple seating areas, Hot tub, and a grill — perfect for relaxing and soaking in the stunning mountain views.

Upper Level
Ascend the stairs to the loft to find a cozy private king bedroom. A full bathroom with common access featuring shower + tub combo perfect for cleaning up those little adventurers. The open loft provides a sofa couch, TV, and shuffleboard to keep you entertained.

Lower Level
Descend the stairs to the vibrant game room, where friendly competition awaits with pool table, a movie area, and two arcade machines loaded with dozens of games. Just beyond the game room, discover a cozy King bedroom and yes, there’s a convenient full bathroom with a tile walk-in shower and laundry room.

Prepare for a luxurious woodland adventure where you might encounter adorable critters, and remember that you are surrounded by woods, so encountering harmless bugs is inevitable.

Using the hot tub is entirely at your own risk.

Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property. If our cleaners detect any signs of smoking, a $500 fee will be charged.

Please adhere to our check-in and check-out timings. Unauthorized early check-ins or late check-outs are prohibited and will incur additional charges. If the guest fails to vacate the property on time, a fee of $50.00 will be charged for the first half-hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half-hour.

Due to Mother Nature's unpredictability, we do not provide refunds for weather-related issues, natural disasters, power outages, or events beyond our control.

Although we love our furry friends, we have a strict no-pets policy on the premises. If our cleaners discover any violation of this rule, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $500.

An outdoor security camera monitoring the driveway operates 24/7, recording movement and sound solely for safety reasons. Be reassured that there are NO indoor cameras or cameras pointing towards the front or back of the house, preserving your privacy.
