Nestled at the end of a quiet street, this beautifully updated hillside cabin in Munds Park offers privacy on a wooded property bordering Coconino Forest to the east. The cabin is surrounded by treetop views and abundant birdlife, which can be enjoyed from the spacious patios or have a relaxing soak in the large, private hot tub. The cabin is professionally decorated and designed for comfort, accommodating up to 12 guests in 5 bedrooms with 8 beds and 3 full bathrooms with AC & heat in all rooms

This tastefully remodeled home is uphill from Odell Lake and has no neighbors to the east. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances for all your cooking and entertaining needs. There is AC/heat in all rooms.

No pets.
Home may not be suitable for children under age 4.

The home spans three levels:

• Level 1: Game room, first bedroom with a queen bed, second bedroom with four XL twins, first bathroom, and a large lounging patio with deck access to the hot tub. This level is one flight down from the entry.

• Level 2 (Entry): Kitchen, family room, dining area, third bedroom with a king bed, second bathroom with step in shower, laundry room, and a large heated patio for outdoor dining. Access is just 4.5 stairs up from driveway parking.

• Level 3: Fourth and fifth bedrooms, both with king beds, third bathroom, and a loft desk area. This level is one flight up from the entry.

Game Room and Entertainment

Level 1 the game room has a full pool table, Table shuffleboard, electronic darts, ping pong, and a stand up PAC man with 500 games on it, along with bookcases full of books. Also on level one are two smart TVs with fire sticks. Guests can use their own streaming services. Exercise bike on patio.

Level 2- Smart TV in family room. Cables are available for apple TV if guests want to bring their own apple TV box. This TV has a DVD player and hundreds of DVD movies in the cabinet. Bose Radio/CD player.

Level 3- Smart TV in one of the King Bdrms.

Parking

There are four parking spaces available—two above and two in the driveway. If there is snow or ice, driveway parking spaces are not available as the driveway is very steep.

Sleeping Arrangements

There are eight beds and every bed has its own mattress pad heater along with quality mattresses and linens to assure everyone a good night’s sleep. Each bedroom has its own mini split for temperature control.
All King beds are CA King.
All bathrooms are accessible to all people. There are no ensuite bathrooms.

Misc info

Guests are welcome to use the gas grill on the entry level porch.

EV 240v outlet available at $35/day.

The garage is unavailable to guests.

We supply freshly cleaned linens, bedding, and towels for all our guests.

We supply paper towels, linens, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, dish washer, and hand soap, shampoo and conditioner.

Cleaning supplies can be found in the laundry room.
