Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



This home also includes a half bathroom.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking for 3 vehicles available. Margaritaville has a “no logo” policy for parking on site. If you are driving a vehicle with a company logo, they will not allow you to park on site.

• Pack and play & highchair available by request, to rent call 321 800 4882.

• Pet are NOT allowed.

• Guests do NOT have access to the Owner’s-Only Margaritaville Resort swimming pools or resort amenities - commonly called "The Fins Up Club."

• This home is equipped with one external security camera located at and actively monitoring the entry.
