The suite includes a walk-in closet and a large private bathroom with a 9-foot double vanity, walk-in shower with bench, and a separate water closet for added privacy.

Bedroom 2 (Upstairs – Right Wing)
This upstairs bedroom features a king bed, a reach-in closet, and a queen sofa bed—perfect for additional guests or lounging. The room includes a ceiling fan and upper windows above the bed that let in natural light while maintaining privacy.

Bedroom 3 (Upstairs – Roof Deck Access)
This versatile room features a queen bed, queen sofa bed, and a twin daybed—ideal for families or groups. Enjoy direct sliding glass access to the rooftop deck. The room includes a reach-in closet, a ceiling fan, and two bedside tables with lamps. A 44-inch Smart TV mounted on a swivel bracket allows it to face any direction for comfortable viewing from any bed.

The private balcony is located on the upper level and offers a comfortable outdoor space for relaxing or dining. It features two lounge chairs, a large umbrella for shade, and a rectangular table with seating for four. This area overlooks the backyard and pool, providing a quiet spot to enjoy the outdoors.

🍽️ Dining Area

The dining space features large windows overlooking mature trees, bringing in natural light and a serene view. A wooden table with seating for eight sits beneath an elegant hanging light fixture, creating a warm and inviting setting for meals. A large art piece adds a stylish focal point on the wall. This area is part of an open floor plan, seamlessly connected to the kitchen and living room for easy flow and gathering.

🍳 Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking and gathering. It features a two-door refrigerator, single sink, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and all the basic pots, pans, and utensils needed for your stay. A kitchen island with four stools provides additional seating and prep space, illuminated by a hanging, elegant light fixture. Windows by the sink overlook the pool, bringing in natural light and a refreshing view. The kitchen opens to the dining and living areas, perfect for hosting and staying connected.

🛋️ Living Room
The spacious living area features a 65-inch Smart TV, perfect for movie nights or streaming your favorite shows. A comfortable U-shaped sofa offers ample seating for groups or families. The room includes a wet bar equipped with a beer/wine fridge.

A sliding glass door opens directly to the pool area, creating an easy indoor-outdoor flow. Automatic blinds allow for effortless light control and privacy. For family fun or downtime, a selection of board games is also available.

🚗Parking
The property accommodates up to 4–5 vehicles comfortably. Two cars can park in the driveway, and 2–3 additional cars can fit in the gravel area alongside the house. Open street parking is also available nearby. Please note: there is no garage or covered parking on the property.

RULES:
**For cancellations, please note that we do charge a payment processing fee on top of our cancellation policy.

We charge a minimum of $150 for an unapproved late checkout.

Smoking is strictly prohibited on our property. You can smoke outside the property, but we will just ask to make sure the smoke doesn't go inside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Violation of our non-smoking policy will result in a minimum fee of $500.

We only host groups where the primary renter is above the age of 25+ years old. Will need ID verification.

Pet Fee is $175, max 2. This is a one-time, non-refundable fee as it causes a lot of extra cleaning for our crew, extra wear, and tear on the house and we have to shampoo the furniture as we have some guests who are allergic to pets.

No events, parties, or additional guests beyond the number on your reservation without permission. An additional event fee will be charged.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the outdoor areas after 10:00 p.m.; however, we kindly ask that there be no amplified music, shouting, or loud partying. If this rule is not respected, we will have to enforce a no-noise policy outdoors after 10:00 p.m. for the remainder of your stay. Additionally, if the police are called due to a noise complaint, guests will be charged a $500 fee, which reflects the fine we receive.

Winter Notice:
The outdoor shower and outdoor bar sinks are turned off during the winter months (December–January) to prevent pipe freezing. All indoor water features remain fully operational. Thank you for your understanding!
