****Small, well-behaved dogs allowed. (No cats) $100 Pet fee required to cover the cost of extra cleaning. Fee paid through Airbnb or other options. Pets are not allowed in the pool or on the beds or furniture. Pets must be kenneled if left at home or brought with you when you leave. All poop must be cleaned up before check-out. Any found will result in additional charges for a pet clean-up service.

****Pool is heated and is $100 per day to heat the pool. Spa heat fee is $25 per day. Please contact host at least 2 days in advance to coordinate and confirm payment. Payment will be made through Airbnb or other options.

BBQ and fire pit operate on gas that is hardlined.

Housekeeping is required and provided every 30 days for an additional charge on all stays over 30 days.
