Just 25 minutes from Old Town Temecula and walking distance to award winning wineries, this serene retreat offers panoramic views and chic comfort, perfect for wine lovers and weekend wanderers alike. Sip, relax, and take in the beauty of vineyard living.

The Grape Escape is a spacious and stylish 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom retreat set on a hilltop with sweeping views of Temecula Wine Country. This 3,100 sq ft single-story home blends mid-century modern design with comfort, offering an open-concept layout, a fully stocked kitchen, 10-person dining area, cozy living space with a 65` smart TV, and a pool table for added fun. The primary suite features a king bed, fireplace, smart TV, work space, and a spa-like ensuite with a soaking tub, standing shower, vanity desk, and walk-in closet.

Step outside to your private backyard oasis, complete with a hot tub overlooking the vineyards, two fire pits, a professional-grade grill, gazebo, and a covered patio with ample seating and dining space. Whether you`re enjoying morning yoga on the turf, a sunset soak, or a game of ping pong, The Grape Escape offers the perfect blend of relaxation and wine country charm.

--IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT NATURE & WILDLIFE--
Due to our location in the hills and surrounding valley, it`s common to encounter local wildlife such as coyotes, snakes, and a variety of insects. If you’re bringing pets, please keep them on a leash at all times and do not leave them unattended outdoors for their safety.

This home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Additional spaces include a fully stocked kitchen, living room, dining room, den, laundry area, and 3-car garage.

The kitchen is equipped with a wide range of small appliances, cookware, dinnerware, and utensils—everything you need to prepare family meals. We also provide a starter set of basic seasonings, including salt, pepper, and olive oil. If you`d like a full list of available cookware and appliances, feel free to reach out to our team.

To get you started, we include a complimentary starter kit with essentials: paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, coffee, tea, sugar, laundry pods, dryer sheets, toilet paper, makeup remover, shampoo, conditioner, body gel, and a welcome gift basket. Please note this is intended as a starter kit—guests are responsible for purchasing additional items if needed.

We also provide bath towels, pool towels, hand towels, and washcloths based on the home’s occupancy.

--- HOUSE RULES/ POLICIES ---

1. As per the City of Temecula Policy for vacation rentals, outdoor noise amplification or loud music is PROHIBITED at all times of the day. Additionally, Quiet Hours are between 9PM - 8AM Sunday-Thursday and 10pm-8am Friday and Saturday. All units are equipped with Minut volume tracking devices which will alert our team if outside noise becomes unreasonable.

2. Early check in at 1PM ($150) and late check out at 2PM ($150) is available for an extra fee ONLY if there are no back-to-back bookings to allow for proper cleaning.

3. Minimum 25 years of age to book.

4. SOME pets are allowed for an extra fee ($150/pet). Please consult with the owner before bringing the pet. Maximum of 2 pets. Pets are not allowed in the pool or on the bed. While we do allow some pets with prior approval, a $500 fine will be imposed for any presence or evidence of unapproved pets found within the premises.

5. No more than 4 vehicles allowed.

6. No smoking inside the home. Evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a minimum fine of $750.

7. Any missing or damaged linen, towels or small appliances will be deducted from the security deposit pre-authorized hold that is placed on the credit card on file.

8. An additional cleaning fee of $200 applies to stays of 28 nights or longer. This fee is payable promptly following booking confirmation.
