By booking your stay, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. It is required that all guests read the House Rules. Guests are responsible for leaving the home in the condition it was in upon arrival.
Who Can Stay
Maximum of 6 guests. Only two vehicles are allowed on the property. If unapproved guests are discovered, the host reserves the right to cancel your reservation without a refund.
Adults and children
Safety Hazards: The property includes steep stairs, without child safety guards, and features that may pose a risk to minors.
No Childproofing: The home is not equipped with child safety measures. For everyone’s well-being, please supervised infants, children, and teenagers to prevent unintentional harm.
Owner Access
The owner or designated workers may access the property for maintenance, cleaning, repairs, or inspections as needed, at any time.
Smoking
Absolutely no smoking of any kind is allowed on the property, including cannabis.
Please note: Even if you smoke off-site, the smell can cling to clothing and personal items, which can transfer into the home and affect furnishings such as sofas, carpets, rugs, drapes, towels, and bedding.
If any cannabis/smoke odor is detected, a $300 deep cleaning and odor removal fee will be charged.
Shoes
Guests must remove shoes when entering the home to prevent damage to rugs.
Linens
Oil based product are strictly prohibited on all bedding. Additionally, guests are asked to not eat or drink in the bed to avoid stains. Guests are fully responsible for the cost of stain removal or replacement of any damaged items.
Hair Dye Policy
Guests with fresh or colorful hair dye are required to bring and use their own linens. Guests are asked not to rest their heads or place dyed hair on any furniture, linens, bathroom towels, pillows or concrete surfaces. Guests will be held fully responsible for any staining or damage caused by hair dye including any necessary cleaning, replacement costs, or repairs.
Plumbing Issue
NO toilet paper, feminine products, condoms, and any other items can be flushed down the toilet. These items must be disposed of in the trash bins provided.
Air Conditioning & Lights
The air conditioning unit and lights are off upon arrival and must be turned off when guests leave the property.
Gate and Security
Guest are responsible for self entry and exit of the property. The main gate must remain closed and locked at all times. We are not responsible for theft.
Cleanliness
As we are completely environmentally friendly and only spray the property with ecofriendly bug killers. Sometimes bugs such as ants, cockroaches or flies, amongst others - can enter the home, especially if food is accessible. Food and beverages should not be left out to avoid pests. Guest are requested to keep floors clear of food to ensure an enjoyable, bug free stay for future guests. While we maintain a high standard of cleanliness, refunds are not provided for bug or critter sightings inside the home or around the property. We encourage guests to inform us of any sightings so we can take the proper cleaning or preventative action to ensure the best experience for future guests.

To prevent permanent stains, guests must promptly wipe up any spills or rings.
Neighborhood and Noise Policy
Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM to 7:00AM. No parties allow at any time.
Prohibited Activities and Items
Professional photoshoots, filming, and special events are not permitted without prior written approval. Drones not are permitted. Guests are asked not to rearrange any furniture during their stay. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by prohibited items or activities.
Damage Policy
Guests are expected to be forthcoming about any damages that occur during their stay. If any damage is caused to the home or property, the guest is responsible for the cost of repair or replacement. Guests must report and damages immediately so that they can be addressed promptly. Failure to report damages may result in additional fees. The cost of repairing or replacing damaged items will be charged to the guest. This may be done through Vbro Resolution Center or means of direct payment. Any guest who refuses to take responsibility for damages will be subject to immediate reservation cancellation without a refund. In such cases, the guest will be required to vacate the property immediately. Guests are not permitted to leave a retaliatory review based on the host’s request for reimbursement of damages or requests to the guest to follow house rules.

Slip Advisory
Guests are advised that surfaces such as concrete, tile, wood floor, showers, carpet, and other outdoor or indoor areas may become slippery when wet and carpet may be slightly lifted due to use. By staying on the property, guests agree to release and hold the host harmless for any injuries, losses, or expenses resulting from such conditions.
Surveillance
There are NO cameras inside the home. Only door camera activate with motion
Cleanliness and Safety Concerns
Guests who find our accommodation uninhabitable due to cleanliness or safety issues are required to properly document, communicate, and provide verifiable proof before vacating the property within two hours of check-in. This policy applies solely to the interior of the home and the private areas explicitly depicted within the listing or detailed in prior communications.
