Rental Agreement



All guests are required to sign a rental agreement that outlines the terms of the stay. By confirming your reservation, you agree to the following:



You agree to comply with our rental terms and conditions.



A valid government-issued ID and matching credit card must be provided before check-in.



A background check may be required if requested by building management or property policies, as outlined in the rental agreement.



Check-in instructions may be withheld until the verification process has been successfully completed.

While we don’t anticipate any issues, repeated violations of our policies may require intervention, including involving local law enforcement if necessary. In the rare event of guest removal, any related expenses will be the responsibility of the guest. Your cooperation in respecting our community and neighbors is greatly appreciated.



Damage Waiver / Security Deposit

You will be asked to choose either a $30 non-refundable damage waiver or a $350 security deposit hold (not a charge and released after checkout if everything is in good shape). Accidents happen. This just helps keep things easy for everyone.



★Pet Policy★

Pets are welcome in designated units, subject to the following guidelines:

✔ Pet Notification: Inform us in advance and provide accurate details about your pet to avoid reservation cancellation.

✔ Cleaning Fees (Per Pet):



Additional fee for pet: $20/night



✔ Pet Restrictions: Maximum of 2 pets (dogs/cats only). No weight limit, but the following breeds are not permitted:

Alaskan Malamute, Belgian Malinois, Boxer, Chow Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Husky Breeds, Pit Bull Breeds, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf Hybrid.



✔ Unnotified Pets: Bringing pets without prior approval will incur a $500 fee.



For the comfort and safety of all guests, the unit is equipped with a noise monitoring device that measures decibel levels only—it does not record conversations or audio. Security cameras are also installed in the building's common areas and hallways for safety purposes. Please note that tampering with or disabling the noise monitor will result in an additional fee.
