The cabin is in a gated community, so it's a quiet setting with easy roads & plenty of parking. Enjoy wooded views from the deck in your private hot tub. Master bedroom comes with a jacuzzi tub and its own private deck. Minutes to Dollywood, Gatlinburg, or National Park, come make some memories! This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cabin provides the amenities and location you need to make your next vacation full of unforgettable memories! Comfortably sleeps 4 in beds plus 2 additional can sleep on the queen sleeper sofa and another in a twin sized sleeper love seat with a final guest on the futon in the same room as the queen bed. --THE PROPERTY-- • 2BD/2BA | Family-Friendly | 1,600 Sq Ft | Sleeps 8 • BEDS: -- King Bed Master Suite with a smart TV and an attached bathroom; -- Queen Bed in second bedroom with a smart TV and futon; -- Sleeper Sofa in Living Room; -- Sleeper Love Seat in Living Room; • OUTDOOR LIVING: Open air deck with rocking chairs and 4 person hot tub, park style charcoal grill (bring your own charcoal), second private deck off the master bedroom • INDOOR LIVING: Pool Table, TVs with Roku, Fireplace, WiFi, small selection of board games. • KITCHEN: Fully equipped, drip basket style coffeemaker, toaster, blender, pots, pans - you name it. However, you must bring your own groceries, condiments, and spices. • GENERAL: Air conditioning, central heating, linens/towels, washer/dryer, ceiling fans, hairdryers, essentials • You have complete access to the entire cabin. The front door has an electronic lock and you will receive an entry code two days prior to check-in. There is no need for a key and no need to check in at a resort common area. Arrive anytime after 4 pm. • There is parking for up to 4 cars in front of the cabin on a large, flat parking surface. • Black bears are common in our area of the Smokies and our cabin is located in their natural environment. Please help protect the bears. Never feed or approach bears. Please do not leave any food/garbage/trash outside the cabin or inside cars. All garbage must be placed in secured bear proof bins. Guest can get in touch with the host through the messenger, text or phone call. No smoking or illegal drug of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises. No Parties are allowed The responsible renter must be at least 18 years of age to book. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight in the cabin. Please book for the correct number of people in your group. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK! Pets are NOT allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $200 and you will be asked to leave. The fireplace is shut down April 1 to October 1 as with every cabin in the area. Garbage/ trash must be in bag and inside the trash can. We do NOT offer refunds for weather or natural disasters. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. Please do not disconnect or remove any electronic devices installed in the property. -- SECURITY -- • For your safety and ours, there is a security camera that automatically records audio and video of the exterior of the property: It is pointed toward the front entry and street. The camera DOES NOT point toward the spa or any interior spaces.
