Newly finished basement suite in Midlothian. Very clean and spacious.
Welcome to my charming house in Midlothian. This phenomenal property is a basement that was recently renovated into a beautiful suite. The 1 bedroom is separated from the rest of the space by a hallway and door. It has a king bed (new mattress )and plenty of dresser space. I have plenty of bedding for a perfect retreat. With amenities like heating, hair dryer, and AC, guests will feel right at home. You will also have high speed internet and most movie channels, Roku TV in the bedroom, 65inch voice controlled Samsung TV in living room. The bathroom is equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The oversized shower comes with a rain shower head and bidett. The living room furniture is brand new with a recliner and a sofa that has a reading light, cup holders and 2 recliners.. The center console can also be closed to have a simple couch. The kitchenette is fully stocked with dishes, knives and silverware. It has a magnetic burner and double hot plate for ccooking or a George foreman grill. You can also use the outdoor blackstone BBQ grill. The back yard is a peaceful retreat at the deck and at the fire pit. Enjoy the plants and the patio lights. The frogs sing at night and the lightning bugs shine!! A glass of wine to unwind after work is the perfect way to enjoy!! The trees hide any neighbors. You also have 1 parking space right at your front keyless entry door, or 2 parking spots on request. The washer and dryer are shared, they are in the garage on your level. I hope you'll enjoy your stay at my house.

I am originally from Iowa small town farm girl. Who moved to Arizona after high School. I lived and raised my family in Arizona for 30 years before becoming a travel nurse. I come to Virginia as a travel nurse and fell in love with this state so I stayed. I served in the army, went to desert Storm come home and went to nursing school after seeing a mash unit I now work at the VA Hospital taking care of fellow veterans. I am very active I play a lot of pickleball, swim, I enjoy the gym, running, boating and RVing.

My neighborhood is full of trees there is a ravine for water runoff so you have lots of deer and wildlife you're able to relax and enjoy views I do have a mosquito trap so that you can sit outside and enjoy the views the peacefulness thi time of the year you can hearfrogs croaking it's definitely a great retreat after a hard day of work.

My basement apartment was newly remodeled from scratch less than 2 years ago everything is new it's very clean decorated very nicely it's very open cozy and comfortable you can invite guests over and have plenty of space. I put in extra windows so it doesn't feel like a basement there is a dehumidifier mini splits for heat and air conditioning it is just the perfect spot!! I was doing short-term rentals which I did have a 4.89 rating most guests boost about my bed being so comfortable. And the space being so open nicely decorated and comfortable.
