Wake up to sea views and olive trees in this peaceful 2BR/2BA apartment, just a 5-minute walk from the beach. Located in a quiet villa community in Pomer, this 100m² Japandi-style holiday home features design-forward interiors, blackout shades in every bedroom, and three private outdoor spaces — two balconies and a sea-facing terrace.
Enjoy Wi-Fi, a 50" Smart TV with Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, and international channels, plus air conditioning in every room. The fully equipped kitchen includes a Bosch induction stovetop, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, milk frother, microwave, kettle, toaster, and all the essentials for home cooking. A washer and drying rack support longer stays.

We chose it because it’s everything we love in a location: calm but connected, with breezes from the bay and the beach just a few minutes’ walk away. You can enjoy the Istrian coast without the tourist crowds — yet still be just 15 minutes from Pula or Cape Kamenjak.
From this location, it’s easy to live like a local: pick up fresh bread in the morning, walk to the water, and enjoy sunset wine from the balcony. It’s a perfect base for families, couples, or digital nomads looking to rest and reset.
