After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower and settle into the peaceful atmosphere of this resort-style retreat. Whether you’re on a family vacation or a group getaway, the backyard at Coastal Charmer offers everything you need for a fun, relaxing, and memorable stay.

Pool and spa heat available for an additional fee: $300 for pool and spa, or $200 for spa only. Please request at least 2 days prior to arrival.


🏖 BEACH EXPERIENCE

Your luxury villa is just a 1-min golf cart ride from the beach with the COMPLIMENTARY six-person street legal golf cart ($180 a day value). Located right next to Miramar Beach's largest beach access. Parking is available in the large parking lot next to the Pompano Joe's beach access. It has an ADA service ramp along with restrooms and showers. If you prefer to walk, it is an easy 7-minute walk. Enjoy the emerald waters, sugar sand beaches, beautiful sunsets, happy hour drinks, beach umbrella and chair rentals, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, bonfires, banana boat rides and more!
