Guests will enjoy smooth, contactless check-in with our smart lock system. A unique access code will be assigned to you before arrival—no keys to juggle, no stress. Just arrive, punch in your code, and start your stay. Your code will remain active for the duration of your visit for total convenience and peace of mind.

HOUSE RULES:

- No more than 3 cars on site
- Do NOT park on road or in neighbors` way!
-No Smoking
- All furniture must be put back where it is found!
- No Shoes on while inside the home
- Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM
- Dog(s) must stay off of the furniture, on a leash when outside, feces picked up and treated for the prevention of fleas and ticks. Please sweep up/vacuum dog hair and dispose of prior to your departure. There is an additional fee to bring your dog(s).
- Please respect our neighbors by not having loud music or by yelling and using profanity (many are permanent residents!)
- Garbage must be bagged up, put into trash bins at the end of the drive way at departure.
- You must be 25 or older to rent this cottage
- Please note: RVs, tents, and campers are not permitted at our homes. Failure to comply will result in applicable fees.
