Hermoso entorno de la nueva casa en Eagle River Chain of Lakes (Bagre Lake)

Nuestra casa del lago se encuentra en una tranquila cala sobre el Catfish Lake, en la cadena de Eagle River, (parte de la cadena de 28 lagos conectados) .La casa del lago es de nueva construcción, con 5 dormitorios, 3 baños, amplia terraza con vistas al lago y otra grande en el porche para comidas y estando sentado. Además tenemos una fogata al aire libre en un hermoso entorno arbolado. En el verano, usted puede llevar su barco a un restaurante para la cena, o a la ciudad por un helado. Nuestra propiedad se encuentra en 5 acres de perfecta frente al lago para nadar con un fondo de arena lago, kayak en nuestra cala tranquila o un paseo por el lago y bosque. También tenemos un muy largo muelle que puede acomodar varios barcos. En el invierno, se puede pescar en el hielo nuestra cala, como el año pasado, un invitado atrapó uno de muskies de la cala en las vacaciones de Navidad. Además estamos cerca de la zaga jefes de las principales rutas de motos de nieve.

Lake, home and location were wonderful. House could have used a deep cleaning, it was surface clean but some areas needed some attention. Overall, pleasant stay.

From the start communication was great. Easy check in, the cabin was clean, well stocked and comfy beds. Doesn't get any better. Highly recommend.

Cozy Cabin

Cozy Cabin w/ a nice view of Catfish Lake. Also easy access to the lake for hauling fishing fishing gear, as well as close proximity to other lakes if needed. Plenty of space for sleeping arrangements as well as additional space for cots if needed. Fully stocked kitchen w/ plenty of kitchen gadgets for cooking many types of meals.

The neighbor was having landscaping done. It was very noisy most of the week that we were there. There was a bobcat moving large stones, concrete being sawed, a tamper being used and blowers. It wasn't the peaceful, quiet setting that we were hoping for.We understand that is out of the host's control.Nonetheless, we were disappointed.

Christmas break vacation

This cabin was good for our annual Christmas break getaway in the northwoods. Two families playing games, reading books and ice fishing. Plenty of beds & amenities and close to Eagle River. The kids would have liked their own space to hangout but otherwise it was a nice stay.

Catfish lake house

We had a wonderful time at the house. The house was in very good condition. Beautifully decorated and awesome view of the lake. We had 6 adults, 2 infants and 3 dogs. Room for all was not a problem.

Lovely home and location

Kristi was easy to work with the home is in excellent condition. Our four families, representing four generations, were able to gather and enjoy a relaxing trip. The shoreline was not as clear as we would have liked but we were still able to enjoy the water.

Beautiful place and location!

Our family just finished up a 7 night stay and everything was excellent! The house was very clean upon arrival and had everything we needed. It had way more space than we would have ever expected. Property owners were great with communication and the check in process was easy. We loved the location of the house and the sunsets were gorgeous!

Relaxing Family Getaway

We had a perfect setting for the five households of my immediate family to reconnect in one cozy, yet spacious place, with all the amenities needed to make it feel like home. Walking out on the porch every morning to listen to the birds & see the peaceful sunrise, and every evening to see the speculation sunsets over the lake was by far two of the best parts of this oasis that is on a peaceful, quiet cove. Wildlife such as deer, birds and loons were frequent visitors, yet we were close enough to town that you can go out to eat in the many restaurants of Eagle River or Three Lakes, or pick up anything needed at the big grocery store in just minutes. Having a bathroom on every floor, spacious well-stocked kitchen, relaxing sun porch for putting together puzzles & reading, large kitchen table to host many cribbage games and great deck for all dining together helped all of us to find serenity! My elderly parents truly appreciated that there were no stairs to the front door and a large bathroom & bedroom on the main floor, making this very easy for them to comfortably move around on one floor. The owners and caretakers make the rental process so easy, with touch-less check-in and laminated labels & guides to provide insights to navigate this well-kept cabin with all the needed modern conveniences. We hope to return to the Catfish Lakehouse because it is a gem of comfort and peace!

Pond Hockey Weekend 2022

Our team stayed at this property during the USA Pond Hockey tournament. We have stayed at several places in the past and this ranks as one of the top places we have stayed in Eagle River. The house itself has all the features you could possibly want and is laid out so that we all had plenty of room. Communication with the property owners is excellent and our overall experience was great. The property is close to Eagle River and was easy to find. We were a little concerned about what the streets would be like having driven through a blizzard on Friday night but by early Saturday morning the streets were plowed and it was easy to get in an out of the property. We had one minor plumbing incident with the water softener on Saturday and the property owners had someone at the house within a couple of hours to fix the issue and were incredibly responsive when we contacted them. I would highly recommend this property!

Cozy Stay on Catfish Lake

House was great and was in pretty good condition. Pictures were accurate. House was well stocked with appliances - however, there were no seasonings or oil that we found (so bring your own). We had 9 people and everyone had a bed. We asked if there was a tree and the owners put up a tree for us - although due to the furniture placement, the tree was tucked back by the dining room table, not ideal for putting presents around. Would love to go back in the summer!!!

Amazing home, amazing host!

This home is exactly as pictured. Incredible views of the lake and a wonderful place to relax! The house, kitchen especially, is very well stocked to make anything you’d like. Last, Kristy is a wonderful host and is very thorough with communication and guidance on what to do in the Northwoods. We will be back!

The property is designed for enjoying all aspects of the north woods: The chain of lakes, the nearby forest, the ducks, fishing, boating, or just sitting in peace. The land has been in the owners family for over 100 years, starting with a small cottage built in 1904. This newly constructed house was the first building added in over 100 years and we welcome you to share in our tradition.

This house sits in a quiet cove. Half the cove has 5 cottages and the other half we own the rest of it, that is untouched lakeshore and forest. The lake is a only 75 feet from the house and you can watch the fun from our large deck.
