Nuestra nueva casa de Sunset Hill lago se encuentra en una pequeña colina sobre el Catfish Lake, parte de una cadena de 28 lagos conectados. Tiene un gran acceso al lago y espectaculares puestas de sol. Sunset Hill tiene más de 5 habitaciones, 3 baños, amplia terraza con vistas al lago, una gran malla 3 temporada porche para comidas o simplemente sentarse, una sala de estar grande con un patio de acceso y un pozo de fuego al aire libre en un entorno precioso. La propiedad se encuentra en cientos de pies de frente al lago con un fondo del lago de arena - perfecto para nadar o kayak. Sunset Hill cuenta con un muelle de gran tamaño que puede acomodar varios barcos. En el verano, se puede pescar, observar la actividad en el lago desde nuestro muelle y bancos, tomar el barco a los restaurantes locales para la cena, o ir a la ciudad por un helado. En el invierno, se puede congelarse peces en el lago o disfrutar de motos de nieve y esquí de fondo senderos locales. Charming, new lake home with stellar lake views. Everything was as great Kristi said it would be. Our family of 9 adults had ample spaces to connect with each other. Loved the massive deck area to eat outside.

Great Time!

We had a great time staying at Sunset Hill. The property was perfect for the number of people in our group. The large deck was our favorite place to hang out. Communication with the host was spectacular, she answered all of our questions.

Great Getaway

This is an amazing property. Spacious but comfortable and in a great location. Easy access to the lake and close to the store. Screened in porch was my favorite spot. Beautiful sunsets and stars at night!

Fall Get Away

This property lived up to other reviews and photos. We have been renting homes on Catfish, Cranberry, or Yellow Birch for past 15 years. This was by far the best accommodations of all the houses we stayed. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, great knives, 2 types of coffee pots, tea kettle, plenty of pots and pans. Firewood available on site for purchase. We have no complaints!

This property hit all the marks. Location, description, and cleanliness are spot on: prime and luxurious. Kristi was incredible in communication. Not only was check-in easy and accurate but when there was an internet outage, I was notified. Above and beyond what I'm used to. My family couldn't ask for more. Looking forward to booking again next year!

Beautiful retreat

The place was just as described with plenty of space. Love the screen porch! Comfy beds and furniture. Loved listening to the loons on the large deck at night. This place sits on a hill with stairs down to the dock where you can fish, kayak or have two boats. Very nice place! We will be back. If you have any mobility issues you may have issues getting to the dock because there are quite a few stairs but was fine for us. Kristi was great at responding and I enjoyed reading their family story.

From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the beautiful property and its surrounding lake. The area was meticulously maintained, providing a clean and inviting environment for our family to relax and enjoy.The spacious layout of the home was ideal for our family, allowing everyone to have their own space while still coming together for meals and activities. The location was excellent, offering both tranquility and easy access to nearby attractions, making it perfect for our summer getaway. One of the highlights of our stay was the private dock, which provided us with direct access to the lake. We spent countless hours fishing, boating, swimming, kayaking, and simply enjoying the beauty of the lake and surrounding area.Our host was incredibly attentive and responsive, quickly assisting us with any information or needs that arose during our stay. This level of service enhanced our experience and made us feel truly taken care of. Overall, our time at Eagle River was a wonderful experience, filled with family bonding and unforgettable memories. We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our summer vacation together.

Great family home

This property was excellent for our family. Our two adult children and their family basically had “their own” bedroom/bath area and so did my husband and me. Excellent facility and owners. They were very responsive to all my questions. All around super vacation had by all!

Fishing weekend

The house and property were perfect for our annual get together with college friends. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed. The kitchen has everything we needed to prepare meals. We had plenty of beds for the whole crew. And the view from the deck is amazing, overlooking Catfish Lake.

It’s what being on vacation is all about

We had family members staying with us and the week in Eagle River was fun filled and fantastic! The accommodations were more than ample for sleeping and day time activities. The lake is beautiful and the sunsets and stars were breath-taking.. The home is gem with ample space for vehicles and a full lakeside deck to soak up the scenery and the wildlife. Can’t wait until next time.

Amazing Property

Beautiful well appointed home. We have stayed at various locations in Eagle River and this home has become our favorite. The house sits on top of a hill affording beautiful views of Catfish Lake along with amazing sunsets. The location is extremely quiet. We were able to hear the loons every morning and evening. The home and property are immaculately maintained. We found the owners, Kristi and Tim very responsive. I highly recommend this property.

Family Getaway

This was our first trip to Eagle River. We had two families (11 people total) staying at the house. We found the house to be plenty big, room and privacy for everyone. Watching sunsets off of the back deck were awesome. Everyone commented how clean the home was inside, and even all the linens smelled good/clean. The house location on the chain of lakes was great. Easy boat ride to the sandbar on Catfish lake and accessing all the other lakes. We definitely would recommend this place to others.

Hidden Gem

This property was absolutely amazing! It had everything we needed. The split floor plan allowed all our guests to have a private space. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and we enjoyed many sunsets on the deck. We spent a lot of time out in the water on the pontoon boat we rented at the marina nearby. The house also had paddle boards and kayaks. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing family vacation

This property is beautiful and the perfect setting for our family’s celebration. Close to town but private setting on a beautiful lake. The house was large enough for 10 adults and 4 kids.

The land has been in the owners family for over 100 years, starting with a small cottage built in 1904. The sunset hill house was built to take advantage of the stunning sunsets and views of the lake and the joy of the summer breeze. Sunset Hill Lake House is a new house with totally modern amenities and accommodations, along with stunning views (and unmatched sunsets). The property sits on a long untouched shoreline of Catfish Lake, the most desirable lake in the North Woods. At the lake, you will find a large dock with a swim ladder, sandy lake bottom and benches to sit in the middle of all the fun. Most days you can catch frequent sightings (from the house and the dock) of our resident loon, eagles, osprey and ducks. In the evening, relax on our decks or watch the game in the large living room or family room. At the end of the day, watch the sunset while enjoying s'mores by the fire pit.
