🔐 Guest Verification: Please read carefully.
To comply with legal requirements and ensure property security, we will request copies of all guests’ government-issued photo IDs and a background check for the primary guest (the person making the booking). After booking, you’ll receive a secure link to complete the verification process - it only takes a few minutes.

By completing your reservation, you agree to the following conditions:
a. You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
b. You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in.
c. You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check by the property management or the owner as a condition of booking. In the unlikely event the background check fails, we reserve the right to deny entry. A full refund will be issued if the guest cancels and the required information is submitted at least 48 hours before the check-in date. Failure to provide the required details within 48 hours of check-in will result in no refund, as we must comply with building regulations.
d. You understand that your check-in instructions will be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification process.
e. Refusal to complete the check: If the form is not completed, or if requested IDs for additional guests are not provided, no refund will be issued, and access to the property will not be granted.
f. All guests are subject to verification checks and must provide the necessary information within 24 hours of booking. Same-day bookings must provide the information within 1 hour of booking. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet our verification criteria.

《 NO SMOKING 》 Smoking indoors will result in a $500.00 fine. Removing the smoke smell and nicotine from the walls is an extremely time-intensive process.

《 PETS 》This building does not allow for pets. Please note that evidence of unregistered pets will result in a $600.00 fine charged to guests.

《 NO PARTIES》 There is a $1,000.00 surcharge charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the unit. Please be transparent and honest. Guests who are partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without a refund.

《 TAMPERING WITH SAFETY DEVICES》 There is a smoke and noise detecting device within the suite. For the safety of all guests and the property, tampering with or disabling smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, or noise monitoring devices is strictly prohibited. Unplugging, removing batteries, covering, or disabling any safety or monitoring device will result in an immediate $250 fine per incident. These devices are installed in accordance with Airbnb’s safety guidelines and are in place solely to ensure guest safety and maintain neighborhood peace. If you are experiencing issues with any device (e.g., beeping, false alerts), please contact us immediately, and we will assist right away.

《 NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS》 All guests must be registered for liability purposes. ➤A surcharge of $350.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for each unapproved guest. Our cleaners and inventory are scheduled and prepared according to the number of guests occupying the unit.

《 SECURITY CAMERA 》 Under no circumstances is the security camera to be removed or disabled in any way that is found on the outer door frame of the unit. This is a stipulation and requirement from building management for our units, and the camera must be functional at all times. Please note that removing or disabling any cameras will be considered a violation of the booking and will result in a $500 fine. This security camera captures activity only outside the unit.

《 CHECK-OUT TIMES 》 Check-out times are firm unless scheduled and confirmed 24 hours in advance, and only if it does not disturb upcoming guest reservations. ➤ A $50.00/hour penalty is applied if guests fail to check out by 10 am, as my cleaners are on tight schedules.

《 GARBAGE 》 Garbage is to be thrown out in a sealed bag in the trash chute on your floor. Garbage is not to accumulate in the unit and is not to be disposed of anywhere else in the building or community amenities. Be sure to break down all boxes and seal all bags. Soiled trash, like pizza boxes, cannot be recycled. The trash cans in the parking garage and amenity spaces are for loose trash only. Disposing of Large Boxes and Large or Irregular Items: Trash can be disposed of in the trash rooms. Be sure to break down all boxes and seal all bags.

《 LOCK ALL WINDOWS & DOORS 》 Please lock all windows and doors if you are not home and upon check-out.

《 LIGHTS 》 Please turn off lights when not in use. Please make sure all lights are turned OFF at check-out.

《 SHOES》 Outdoor shoes are to be left by the front door and not to be worn throughout the inside of the unit.

Check in was seamless, apartment was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Neighbors upstairs a the outside traffic were very loud, but no fault of the renter. Everything we needed was very convenient to get too. We had a blast
