The Silverthorne Recreation Center is also just across the street. This top-floor condo is a private home full of eclectic art and features elevator access. The River's Edge complex has a lot of extras: a wonderful, central location on the Blue River, one car heated garage and an easy walk to coffee shop, restaurants, liquor store and shops. It features oversized windows, tall ceilings, hardwood floors and in-floor radiant heat. The deck with electric grill and patio table for 4 faces the Gore Mountain Range and Blue River. The River's Edge complex is located on the tree-lined Blue River Recreation Path that connects to all towns and resorts in the area. The river is a popular fly-fishing stream.
