The tastefully decorated living room is cozy and inviting, perfect for unwinding by the Kiva fireplace on cool evenings. The fully equipped kitchen boasts a wall of windows, flooding the space with sunshine, and features a charming cafe table for two.
Adjacent to the kitchen and living room is a generous formal dining room, ideal for enjoying home-cooked meals. Of course, you're also just a short stroll from some of Santa Fe's most iconic dining experiences, including:

Second Bedroom: Located at the back of the house for privacy, this room features a queen-size bed and an armoire for storage. The bedrooms are well-separated for your comfort.
Bathroom: A beautifully Mexican-tiled bathroom near the primary bedroom includes a tub and shower. You'll also find a full-size stackable washer and dryer conveniently located just off the bathroom.
On Santa Fe's frequent warm and sunny days, relax and dine outdoors on the patio, which offers ample seating and a barbecue grill for al fresco meals.
Larger Groups: Casa Dos Primas consists of two distinct houses: Leza Anna (this unit) and a private rear unit (Katalina). Both units can be rented together to accommodate larger groups.
🚗On-premise parking is available for 1 vehicle. If you require an additional parking spot, please contact us! Street parking is also available but limited.

Bedroom Privacy: The bedrooms are well-separated. However, due to the 24-inch adobe walls, the primary bedroom does not have a traditional door but instead features a heavy curtain for privacy. If complete soundproofing and total door-enclosed privacy are essential, please consider this unique architectural feature of historic adobe homes.
Compound Setting: This property is one of two very private and self-contained houses within a small compound. There are no shared areas except for a portion of the driveway. We kindly ask that you be mindful of noise levels when enjoying the outdoor spaces.
Pet Policy: We are pet-friendly for one dog only. We kindly request that you keep your dog off all furniture and beds. Any evidence of pets on furniture or beds may result in additional cleaning fees.
Fireplaces: Are not operational in the warmer seasons.
