We had a wonderful time staying at the North Hills Casa. It is a beautiful home with plenty of space and a lovely well-stocked kitchen. Only minutes from the town center, we prized this prime location for its close proximity to all services. We simply loved it and would not hesitate to return!

A pleasure to stay here. The accommodations are first rate! A delightful place to come to and relax! The outdoor fireplace was perfect in the cooler evenings. Highly recommended!!

Great house for Birthday getaway

This property exceeded our expectations for a comfortable stay in Sante Fe. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, yet within just minutes to downtown. The beds were extremely comfortable and every possible amenity was present. We used the outdoor fireplace a couple times and loved the ambiance. Many great restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive. We particularly enjoyed the Coyote Cafe! We’ll definitely recommend this property to friends traveling to Sante Fe and would stay again if we return.

Beautiful Getaway

We stayed at this lovely property for a getaway from the Texas heat. It was close to everything, but also close to trails and nature. We loved it! The property is described accurately in the description which is always very good. The property management were very responsive and helpful!

Reviewer Comments: I’ve used this company several times over the past few years and have always been impressed with the service, the quality and cleanliness provided. There is no skimping of needed supplies as we had more than we could have used in the two weeks that we were there. Fresh flowers welcomed us and as a neat freak, I didn’t have to do any additional cleaning as things were spotless and well arranged. I’d have to say it was one of our favorites in our years of travel. Great client service and flexibility with an early arrival was appreciated.

Great House

This was a perfect arrangement for us. Originally booked for three couples because it had 3 bed 3 bath. One person was unable to join us but it worked perfectly for our group. Short drive to town. Quiet neighborhood. Would stay here again.

A Santa Fe Headquarters for our family

My family had a wonderful time staying at this property, it was clean and had lots of space. I personally love all the areas I could sit outside and read. The inside had plenty of locations to gather together for games and meals. The neighborhood is quiet and there's some great places to walk nearby. We even walked down to Canyon Street, then to the Plaza, but be warned, its all uphill walking back! The location is also within a mile or two of some really nice hiking trails. Anyways, the house is wonderful and everything we needed and we would certainly like to stay there again.

The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking a Thanksgiving meal. Great location! Short walk to Canyon Road and the Tea House plus lovely hiking a short drive away. We really loved everything about the house and especially the fireplaces! Thank you, it was a memorable week!! We all hated to leave the house after feeling so comfortable!

Great Canyon Rd Proximity

Regular of VrBo rentals. So appreciate when home descriptions & photos fairly represent what you get. REALLY appreciate dog friendly property. This gas a perimeter fence BUT it us open on the back of the property. I encourage simplest solution add anther gate to front patio. The back porch area is safe for dogs off the master suite and living room. LOVED the kitchen great natural gas stove & foodie/chef quality stainless steel cookware, even though I used my own cast iron. TY for adding to my Santa Fe birthday happiness & adventures.

Perfect!

We absolutely loved staying in this beautiful home. Plenty of place to spread out and open floor plan to stay connected. Wish it was a little warmer so that we could have enjoyed some of the lovely outdoor spaces, but the cool air made it perfect for a fire in the fireplace - such a treat for us! We were able to quickly drive to all the sights we wanted to see and enjoy some fun dining options. Would definitely stay here again.

Good water pressure in the showers. Comfortable beds. Plenty of towels, extra toilet paper, etc. Everything we needed was there. It’s an 8-10 minute to most places in town. A perfect stay. Highly recommended.

Great place!

Everyone enjoyed the house and the Santa Fe experience there. And everything was as we hoped. The house was very clean and it had everything we needed for our stay. Any problems we had they responded quickly to resolve it. We do think it was too far to walk to Canyon Road from the house, but it certainly was a short drive to most places in town.

Fantastic Santa Fe property

The North Hills Casa property was perfect in every way for our group of six - spacious, well-maintained & equipped with everything we needed & a convenient location less than a mile from the Plaza. We rented this thru VRBO but the rental was immediately turned over to Santa Fe Vacation Rentals for payment & all further correspondence. The VRBO service fee was totally unearned & my credit card info shared with the other rental agency without informing me. I was surprised to be contacted for my credit card security number by Santa Fe Vacation Rentals! Once they processesed my payment, I was informed of new cancellation policies which were quite different than the VRBO policy. It all worked out in the end (we did not need to cancel) & we were very satisfied with the property. Beware of this advertising on multiple sites with varying conditions & service fees.
