Esta hermosa casa de pueblo está acurrucada entre Vail y Beaver Creek. No hay un lugar mejor para Vail y Beaver Creek!

El telesilla Beaver Creek más cercana está a sólo 5 minutos de distancia, y el aventurero puede esquiar de nuevo a la unidad. Vail está a sólo 10 minutos de distancia. Se puede ver un pequeño lago de la unidad. El lago se encuentra en un campo de golf Par-3 y junto a las canchas de tenis y la piscina, el área de juegos para niños con columpios, el gimnasio de la jungla, los campos de fútbol completos y los campos de béisbol, etc.

Un garaje con calefacción adjunto y 2 plazas de aparcamiento reservadas! Internet inalámbrico gratuito! 2 grandes HD TV. También tenemos una lavadora y secadora de tamaño completo. El comedor tiene una mesa grande con capacidad para diez.


La unidad de Beaver Creek Ski Resort es menos de cinco minutos, a Vail menos de diez minutos. Hay una ruta de autobús gratuita a unos diez minutos a pie. Desde allí, el autobús te puede llevar a Vail, Beaver Creek, Keystone, o Breckenridge.

Excelente ubicación, a pie de piscina, dos campos de golf, campo de prácticas, putting parque, tenis y parques de skate, maravilloso parque con dos estanques, y un centro comunitario.

El campo de golf es Eagle Vail campeón de golf de 18 hoyos. Se puede ir andando al campo de prácticas en menos de cinco minutos y un servicio de enlace te lleva a la casa club en menos de cinco minutos. El curso es maravilloso. También hay un campo de golf par 3 por la puerta delantera.

Great, spacious stay!

Great spot! Easy access to Beaver Creek and Vail. Super spacious, comfy beds and bathrooms for all. The townhome as been well-loved, so some areas need some refurbishing (loose drawers and cabinets), but all in all, a great spot for families.

Best place to spend our holiday!

This spacious house was perfect for our group to spend the holiday season - it had so many beds and a huge fireplace! Super neat and tidy, and stocked with all of the essentials + a little more. It's such a close drive to Vail and Beaver Creek, but in a really quiet neighborhood. Awesome value and great hosts!

Spacious, cozy, convenient

Perfect set up for our family ski trip. We had four children with us and two young adult cousins. Easy to get to Vail Resort and other area stops. The updates in the primary bathroom were very nice - heated floors and toilet seat. Kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast and bake cookies.

Family Ski Trip

The description in the VRBO was very exact however they do need to upgrade the furniture. Some of the Chairs around the dining room table were breaking. We're from the South so we couldn't understand the carpet in the bathroom, what we figured is probably due to the chilly weather. Overall the place was fantastic !

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay here. The location was about 10 minutes from the base of Beaver Creek and 20 minutes to Vail. You're by everything you could need (restaurants. - Route 6 for breakfast was our favorite, Walgreens, Walmart, liquor store, etc.). The house was a little older but very well maintained. It was very spacious for our group of 5 with comfortable beds. The check-in/check-out process was super easy and the heated garage was perfect for storing ski equipment. We appreciated the book of food options and general area info. Our only nitpick was the carpet in the bathrooms. Overall, we had a great time at the house and will definitely consider coming back for our trip next year!

Super Comfortable For A Family Ski Trip

We spent five nights at this house for a ski trip with time split between Vail and Beaver Creek. There are five of us and we really had more room than we needed which is pretty rare when bringing everything needed for skiing. It was great having a bathroom for each bedroom. The heated garage is another bonus that is very much appreciated. Beaver Creek is very close by and Vail is still pretty darn convenient. Steve was an accommodating host who let us check out a little bit late. The unit is somewhat dated in terms of furnishings but I'm not complaining as we were very pleased overall.

Can’t expect for more!

It’s so nice to have a full bath for each bedroom (not for the den since it’s in one of the bd)! And they have so many dinnerware available, I mean it. We had a great time! Only that the room at the end of the corridor has no heat control and the window does not seal well so it’s very code during windy night. Hope that can be fixed!

Ski chalet

We really enjoyed the spacious condo! Plenty of room to keep our ski gear and relax together in the mornings and evenings. Bedroom accommodations were outstanding, especially in this COVID-19 environment. Having the garage available for use was an added bonus. Highly recommended for future ski/snowboarding trips.

Great Holiday Getaway

Our family of four and two guests visiting from CA, spent New Years at this lovely home. It is in a great location, and time was split skiing (and enjoying restaurants) in both Vail and Beaver Creek. The home was very spacious and it was nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Warming up by the fire each night was fantastic, and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, spices, etc. for cooking. It was so nice being able to park in the garage. The owner was very attentive and was happy to provide any recommendations that we might need. We would definitely recommend this property!

Stay, Snow, Ski, and Sun was Awesome

We stayed here recently in March 2015. In addition to the fabulous weather we had, the accommodations added to a stress-free skiing vacation. The condo had everything we needed (and is close to come restaurants too.) The Owner has a binder with that kind of info. We skied at both Beaver Creek and Vail while we stayed there. In the evenings, the huge TV in the living room was awesome for catching some NCAA March Madness. This was not my first time staying here - so course of we would stay here again! Its always great here. Super location; good for both big and small group sizes. "Sometimes it's all about the win, sometimes it's about the skiing." -Bode Miller

Great Location for skiing Vail and Beaver Creek

We had a wonderful time skiing Vail and Beaver Creek from this condo location ( 5 mins to Beaver and about 10-14 min to Vail ). This condo is a large with heated garage ( which is a wonderful perk ). Steve is great to deal with, the condo was clean with new furniture and smart TV in the living room. The internet hookup was easy and fast . Would definitely stay here again.

eagle - vail condo

the condo/house is in a good location 5 miles from Vail with easy access to highway Beaver creek is one mile away. Avon is close for shopping and restaurants. The house is a bit dated and needs some tender loving care- for example it could use new beds and sheets. The cleaning service I don't think has done a full clean up. I moved the futon and there was dust and papers on the floor.

We really appreciate the feedback. After having a 100% 5 star track record for over 10 years, we take anything less very seriously. In regards to the dust under the furniture, we have the furniture moved and the floors and carpets cleaned every 3 months, and March is the time for that. We really prefer our guests not move the furniture around as it can cause damage to it and the home, not to mention injuring the guests. The dust has been cleaned and the paper removed. We are sorry it was even noticeable. We are concerned about your opinion on the beds and the linens. Again, we replace all linens every 3 months, and the beds every 3 years...sooner if needed. I will personally make sure that these items are up to the highest standards, We value the opinions of our guests. Most of our guests are return visitors, and I hope you will become a regular, too.

Eagle-Vail condo

My sister and I met in this location for a week's vacation with our families. It is an equal distance drive from LA and St. Louis, where we each live. The house is very spacious and was comfortable for 4 adults and 3 kids (3.5, 6 & 7). The aspen grove out back was a perfect place for the kids to play wiffle ball, ride bikes, skateboard and play on the rope swing, while the adults could relax on the back deck. The pool was really close and very nice (please note that it is not free and can get pricey with a big crew for multiple days). Eagle-Vail is just minutes from Beaver Creek and Vail so there is tons to do. In addition to a couple of pool days, we went hiking, river-rafting, fishing, shopping, etc. The owner was very responsive when we had questions and they clearly keep the place clean and in order. We were disappointed that there was no grill but the local Home Depot has inexpensive charcoal grills that foot the bill. The water pressure in the showers is a little like the three bears--one is a trickle, one is just right, and one is a blaster, but that is no big deal. There is a smart TV so you can watch your Netflix or Amazon Prime accounts, which was a great addition, especially when we needed to entertain the kiddos in the evenings. There is also reliable wifi, which we appreciated. The owner's restaurant recommendations were also good--Henry's Chinese Café and Pazzo Pizza filled the gaps when our Costco supplies ran out. Safeway is also only about 10 minutes away. This is a great place to stay in a great location. We can't wait to go back!

My favorite place to stay in the Colorado mountains

We are back again for a wonderful ski vacation with the family, and the townhouse is even better than ever. They have re-furnished the family room and modified the kitchen area - it is even more warm and cozy than before and a nice area in which to share good times and create great memories! What a great location...my son snowboarded from Beaver Creek back to the townhouse for the first time. I'd check out the new restaurant nearby...Route 6!

Great Condo

We had a great time and the condo was perfect for all of us. Lots of room, comfortable furnishings and close to everything. Really enjoyed the plush leather couches and recliners along wit the big screen LCD TV to kick back after a day on the mountain. The owner Steve was super nice and had lots of great info about the area. This unit was an outstanding value and we will definitely return.

Visited the week before C...

Visited the week before Christmas with my family. This place was great and very reasonable for such a great location. Slopes are close and we love Beaver Creek and Avon even more than Vail. The heated garage and tile warm up room is great to leave all our gear. Spacious condo and setting is beautiful. We are returning again and have already booked our week.

I've stayed there several times, and I love it more each time. This place is cozy and comfortable, and it's in a great location between Vail and Beaver Creek. It's spacious for when our group is large, but doesn't seem huge when it's just the two of us.
