Nice, but noisy

We stayed in an oceanfront 2-bed 2-bath unit on the north side of the property. The unit was clean and comfortable, and had a stackable washer dryer unit. Our unit was right above The Turnaround and within easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. We stayed in mid-August, and enjoyed the outdoor pool and hot tubs, however there were many young families at the pool with kids, toddlers and babies. The building isn’t air conditioned, so it was necessary to keep the windows open at night to stay comfortable, but sometimes smoke from the fires on the beach drifted into our bedroom. It’s very noisy during the day and late into the evening on The Turnaround with people talking loudly, yelling, and shooting off fireworks on the beach. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but had difficulty sleeping due to the noise.

Nice location but not 5 star

Property is in a great location on the beach. It is 20 years old and needs some maintenance- the carpets are filthy. Staff is friendly but they make you get parking passes at the vacation sales desk- and they highly pressure you to take a tour and sell you a unit. The kids at the pool are noisy but that's kids so don't plan to take a nap during the day.

Fun Stay

My kids got sick while we were there and the staff was so helpful in getting us what we needed. The weather didn't hold out like we hoped but there was plenty to do in town.

Overall pleasant experience

The property had everything we needed, specifically perfect location within walking distance to everything. Although dated, the room was very nice. I would have wished for cutting board when cooking dinner.

Spring Break 2022

Unbelievable this place is over the top. I mean the top floor best unit in the place. Already booked for next year. 3 Big bedrooms 3 Big baths Two Jacuzzi tubs.. I just can't say enough about the place. The host was amazing in putting this together for us.

Owner flexible and aims to please for timeshare properties

Annette was a real pleasure to deal with and she worked hard to get a unit that suited our family in Seaside, OR. Her communication was exceptional and she responded fast to any inquiry or request. The Worldmark property was in great shape and the staff was very COVID conscious (can't say the same for all the guests). Our unit was next to the pool (as requested) and very comfortable. The basic necessities were there and a grocery was just up the street. The property is right on the beach and near the city center. A very good stay and I'd highly recommend working with Annette for any lodging needs.

Best place I’ve stayed in Seaside

The condo was great! Clean, well stocked and comfortable. The property itself is very nice. Great parking, lots of conveniences and tons of activities for my kids. Location doesn’t get any better. Would definitely stay here again!

Right on the beach with stunning views!!

We had a wonderful time in Seaside. The condo had ocean views and direct access to beach. The apartment itself was bright and well decorated with all amenities and we had a great vacation there.

Condo unit was perfect for beach view and the promenade. Walking distance to everything. Unit was spacious and clean. Loved the wristband access to unlock doors. Great rental!

Beautiful condo with washer and dryer and full amenities!

Great stay on the beach! Great location. Nice staff. Love the washer and dryer in the condo for dirty beach play and getting clothes washed before headed home to save on the mountain of laundry for the return home. Quiet rooms for the most part, road noise and street sweeps were our early morning wake ups, but leaving the bathroom fan on or bringing a white noise machine drowned that out pretty well. The covid regulation are a bit much. reservations for pool and hot tub are a bit ridiculous, and difficult to get during a busy season. but hopefully this isn't the new norm. just a difficulty to deal with whit children who want to be in the pool 24/7. Kitchen was stocked well, except for some pans. There were pots, just no pans. Over all, we'd book again. We had a great, comfortable stay.

Great location in Seaside

This is a large timeshare where the room is assigned on checkin. The rooms are comfortable and well stocked and the location is very central to downtown seaside and right on the promenade. I would recommend this for families as there was quite a bit of noise from kids running the halls and using the pool and swings. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and did not appear to be full the weekend we stayed.

Seamless Stay in Seaside!

Everything it should have been and more. We’ve stayed in Seaside countless times and honestly won’t ever stay anywhere but here again. Great facility, great host, social distancing measures have been perfected, kids loved the pool and it was so clean (closed after every hour swim to disinfect and clean), loved being able to do laundry after the beach, parking spot in covered garage provided, all in all just awesome. Thank you Annette for sharing your home!

Perfect location and really enjoyed our stay

This is a great unit and the balcony has a partial view of the ocean. The location is perfect, we didn’t have to drive anywhere during our stay. The pool was great and the place was clean and the facility secure. Would definitely stay here again!
