Great week in beautiful location

What a view! We had a wonderful visit. Close to boating, beach and kayak rentals. Many restaurants and supermarket a block away. House was stocked really well. Will definitely come back.

Walk to Publix, walk to the beach across the street, walk to delicious nearby restaurants and entertainment in the evening! The rental is so close to it all, yet nestled on a street off the main drag. The rental was clean and updated with amazing water views. Everyone in the complex was friendly and quiet. Will stay here as much as possible!

PERFECT!

Everything about this place was perfect! Thought I wanted oceanfront, but actually this location was 100% better! Views were fantastic. The condo was immaculately clean. Even smelled clean when we arrived. Location was very easy to walk a few steps to the beach, or to get groceries at the Publix that was extremely close by. August heat was oppressive and very uncomfortable, so we would like to return at a different time of year. The pool was used often by our teenage daughter, so that was very nice. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay! (Future renters: remember to remove the lint from the dryer!)

Amazing view

We really enjoyed the condo, the pool and the bay views. It was beautiful. The pool was not always exceptionally clean (needed more regular vacuuming) but it was wonderful and we had a great time. Condo had everything we needed, was comfortable and a wonderful location!

Great location, walk to Public’s and beach and restaurants. We brought fishing poles to fish of dock at condo which was fun. The pool is small, but kids used it every day. Everything worked as described, but I will say the only negative is that the washer and dryer are the smallest units I’ve ever seen. I had to do 2 loads everyday, which is better than nothing and it is an apartment sized unit, so it has to be small to fit. No elevator, but we didn’t mind the stairs. Saw dolphins out our deck! We felt exceptionally safe and slept like a baby. Beds were comfy.

Reviewer Comments: Proved just as good in real life as it looked when researching online.Could not get to the property until the rental office had closed, but lockbox access was provided with clear instructions. Made things simple which is not always the case.Location was excellent, especially being able to walk to decent restaurants (not always the case in the US), and sitting on the balcony overlooking Boca Ciega Bay was great. While fishing from the dock saw a dolphin literally swimming underneath it.Property was well equipped and the only thing it lacked was an electric kettle - we Brits like tea! Also, the aircon could be loud, but it wasn't an issue.Be very happy to return in the future.

The condo has just about everything you can think of, apart from a hairdryer, which we brought with us as we remembered from the previous year. Apparently you can get them from resort rentals if you ask but we just went out and bought one, no problem. It’s so lovely sitting on the balcony eating your breakfast watching the water and all it’s goings on. Everything is nearby, beach, restaurants, souvenir shops and a lovely walk to John’s Pass. We can’t wait to come back next year.
