En el momento en que cruces la puerta, sabrás que has llegado a casa con lujo en este elegante condominio de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños. Cada habitación cuenta con su propio baño único, santuario de lanai privado, iluminación ambiental y aire acondicionado silencioso con control remoto.

Si disfrutas entretener a esta unidad, te está llamando. La espaciosa cocina del chef, totalmente equipada, cuenta con amplios gabinetes de cerezo oscuro, amplias encimeras de granito de cuarzo, refrigerador / congelador incorporado y refrigerador para vinos, mientras que la sala de estar principal cuenta con un televisor digital de pantalla grande con sonido envolvente. ¡Todo lo que necesita para acomodar a amigos y familiares!

Amazing condo and wonderful hosts

We loved staying in Christine’s and Colin’s condo. Beautiful, clean, very comfortable, the best Vrbo kitchen, lovely lanai with ocean view that we spent so much time on. The location is also perfect. There are so many more wonderful things about this place. Christine and Colin are kind and thoughtful hosts. We want to come back to your condo!

Peaceful Paradise

We loved our stay here. The condo is lovely, well stocked, and quiet. It is beautifully decorated and set away from the crowds yet, close to everything. Perfect!

Amazing!!! Exceeded the expectations. As advertised, this rental was beautiful, spotless, perfectly situated, full of amenities, welcoming, and comfortable! So many extras…from plenty of supplies (TP, tissues, towels, detergents) to little perks of friendly sharing from the homeowners and previous renters…with our promise to pay it forward. Would ABSOLUTELY stay here again and was by far our family’s favorite HI rental so far!

Amazing Place and Location

This property exceeded our expectations! The location was perfect and close to Golf, Shops and Restaurants. The property had everything you need from Beach chairs, cooler, ice packs, Beach towels and many other touches to ensure you have everything you need. The Kitchen was fully stocked with all you need to cook if you want to cook some meals. We will be back for sure and the care taker Rachel was great! We would highly recommend this property to anyone planning a trip to Maui it will not disappoint. Mahalo To the excellent host🌺🙌🏻🌴🐬🐠🐢🦀🐋

Looking forward to my next visit!

I stayed at this condo in September with some friends-and would go back in a heartbeat! It is such an awesome location-walking distance to the Shops at Wailea and beaches. The setting on the golf course is beautiful and the sunset from the lanai or BBQ (steps from lanai) was breathtaking. The condo itself is very tastefully decorated with upscale furnishings and has everything you need if you are cooking your own meals. It is very clean and bright. The owners were very easy to work with. Love it!!

Perfect Maui getaway !!

My wife and two of our teenagers stayed for a week and would recommend this home to those looking for an upscale feel for a great value. Every thing you need is there. I mean you stop at Costco from the airport and you are done, this place is fully stocked. We enjoy evening movies and the HD TV with premium sound was there. Want morning coffee on the lanai, nice lounge chairs to take in the ocean and Molokeni. I played the Old Blue course and walked right to the club house. All the main resorts and shopping and restaurants and beaches are but 5 mins away. Yes thank you Christine and Colin, this was our perfect Maui getaway.

Paradise in Wailea

Like many of the other reviews of this property, we thought this rental was simply stunning. You walk into the condo and almost instantly see the amazing view of the ocean, Molokini crater and Kahoʻolawe beyond. We were able to spot some whale spouts and enjoy some amazing sunsets. The condo itself is beautiful, with a very well stocked kitchen including a wine cooler. The living room has dedicated A/C along with a great sound system and comfortable seating. The bedrooms each have their own small lanai as well as an ensuite bathroom, TV and A/C. All A/C units are wall mounted and very quiet. All in all, great value for your money! We really enjoyed our stay and wished we could stay longer!

Beautiful setting.

Check in was smooth and went according to owner’s instruction. A few minor problems we encountered during this stay. The master bedroom had no cable service for three days but mysteriously came back on on the last night. There was construction outside and was noisy at times. Otherwise, the unit is as advertised. They do have a lot ants. Even a very small piece of food not washed through in the sink will attract a group of ants in no time. Overall, it is a very nice unit.

This property is absolutely impeccable. You will feel at home immediately and enjoy Wailea at it's best. We sat on the lanai every morning drinking our Maui coffee relishing the incredible view and enjoying the fragrance of the plumeria trees lining the 10th hole of the Old Blue Golf Course. The home is stocked with EVERYTHING you need in the kitchen and there are even beach chairs with umbrellas available for use! You can walk to the shops and restaurants and pick up your groceries at the Island Gourmet store. I was also able to arrange a late checkout on our departure day. We enjoyed a round of golf and lunch at the Emerald Course before coming back to prepare for our flight home. Thank you Colin and Christine for sharing your piece of paradise! I only wish your home was available when I come back to Wailea in Feburary!

Great Owners!

The owners of this unit went out of their way to answer all our questions, offer suggestions of things to do and places to eat appropriate for our age and circumstances. The unit was as advertised and in a great location for all that Wailea has to offer. The only problem we had (that the owners had absolutely no control over) related to the people staying in the unit above us. They paced the floors above our head wearing what sounded like very heavy footwear every night from 8PM to around midnight or 1AM. This made sleep very difficult. We saw these people get into their car...there were 3 adults...no children. Based on this experience, we would definitely rent a second floor unit if we came back to this complex as it did not make for a restful trip.

Can we come back?!!

WOW! Breathtaking view from the patio, just like the photos 100%! Owners were awesome with any questions I had for them be about parking to COVID questions and they answered them fast! I can think you guys enough for the amazing stay! The condo was so cozy and perfect! I would come back to this condo again and we are already recommending it to others as well. We looked at the photos before the trip but in person is a whole other story...just beautiful plus the smell of the flowers... There were plenty of towels, beach stuff (anything you need...really), sheets, all kitchen things to cook with spices, oils etc. Just top notch! They even had extra bath essentials if you needed (I left some as well that were barely used). **Please go to (or walk) to the Island Gourmet Market its the best for breakfast, coffee, poke.....wine! Very clean and staff are awesome!** Mahalo!!

We will be going back!

This is a well-maintained property with a beautiful view. Property is renovated and in great condition. We were greeted by a wine cooler full of beverages and told to help ourselves by very cordial welcoming sign. Pantry was well stocked with herbs and spices, oils and vinegars, sugars, and sweeteners, and enough coffee to get us through the week. The host is most informative. With their help and advice we had booked most of our dinners before arrival. Location is superb for accessing many marvelous speeches, Dining, shopping, golf, and swimming in the lovely community pool, which was very warm and on crowded . The master bath shower is marvelous. The second shower is also fantastic. I highly recommend this unit for a splurge get away for a couple. As in most of these units, the second bedroom is not equal to the first, so I can even split between two couples would not be advisable. The second bedroom would be very comfortable for a couple of kids. Very great experience.

Panoramic Ocean View, Peaceful location, awesome condo!

We have stayed in Wailea four times, We have stayed at the Wailea Marriott, Ekahi Village, Grand Wailea and now this condo at Ekolu...this condo was our absolute favorite! Though we thought we would like the Grand Wailea better because of our children and the pools Ekolu 305 was our favorite out of all of these location. We found the Grand Wailea to be quite a bit less peaceful. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation, stay here! The condo had absolutely everything we needed, from laundry detergent to ziploc bags...it was very well equipped. Our family loved having dinner on the lanai watching the sunset. We also loved having lunch on the lanai and the screens provided protection from the sun. My 3 year old son enjoyed using one of the condos boogie boards for his first boogie boarding experience...he loved it! Our teenager loved the Netflix subscription they offer as well as the snorkeling gear. The condo was very clean and also very private. Our son who is usually quite energetic, would sit on the lanai and stare at the ocean peacefully while enjoying a popsicle. The condo was very updated and the quality was obvious throughout the unit. We have already begun our plans to return and plan to do an annual trip. The BBQ area also has a really great view to enjoy with your family. We visited MonkeyPod and I must say, they do have the best Mai Tais on the island! Kihei Cafe for breakfast is also amazing. The property owners were very kind and helpful to us with every correspondence we had with them. We were a little nervous about booking on VRBO but they made us feel at ease. This memory will remain in our families hearts forever and I hope you are so lucky to stay here as well! We can't wait to return!

Luxury and Convenience in Maui

My wife and I spent a wonderful week in Maui. The unit is super nice, clean and well equipped. Make sure you don't get groceries before getting there so you don't buy items that are already on the shelf. There's a good stock of standard supplies. I loved sitting on the lanai overlooking the golf course and with a view of the ocean. The little serving window from the kitchen to the lanai is cute. The AC works great and we slept comfortably all week. Activity recommendations we can provide are: - Dinner at Gannon's - the best meal we had in two weeks on both Maui and the Big Island. I had fennel encrusted flash seared Ahi tuna that was so mouth watering I really wanted to go back he next night. Also, Gannon's provides a full Gluten free menu which did not compromise the taste of the entries. I was really impressed!! - Golf at Wailea Gold and Emerald - Top notch facilities. Also went to Kapalua but got rained out - the weather is very unpredictable up there, rains one hole, sunny the next hole, gale force winds throughout. - Road to Hana. If you are only doing one day, prioritize your stops. Don't do all the early ones and go all the way around. Leave the most time for the stops past Hana - they are the most interesting. Don't be scared off by the warnings. A regular rental car is fine to traverse the bottom road. We watched the sunset from this side .. that was awesome. I also boogie boarded at Hamoa beach just past Hana - it had excellent surf. - Surfing lessons in Lahaina. We did ours at Goofy Foot. Lahaina has a pretty consistent surf. The day we went the ocean was really calm but they still had good waves. We highly recommend this unit and we'd love to go back again.

Wonderful stay in Wailea.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at this property. We were in town for a friends wedding. Property was as described in the listing and was clean and comfortable. Christine was very quick to respond and very helpful. Highly recommend this property.

After our first visit to Maui we knew there was something special and magical about the Island and dreamed one day of having our own oasis in paradise. In 2013 we made that dream a reality when we bought Ekolu #305 and we couldn't be happier.

Everything about Ekolu 305 from the beautifully kept gardens, the view out over the golf course to the ocean, the short walk to the Shops at Wailea and several stunning beaches and the comfortable, up-scale feeling in the condo made us immediately fall in love with it when we first saw it.

It is our home away from home and we are happy to be able to share it.
