Villa 16 features four spacious bedrooms, each with a California king bed and private en-suite bathroom, making it ideal for couples, families, or small groups traveling together. The expansive living room includes two queen-size sofa beds, providing flexible sleeping arrangements and plenty of space to gather and unwind.
The interiors are marked by 16-foot ceilings in the great room, 12-foot ceilings throughout, and a wall of Fleetwood slideaway doors that connect the stylish indoor space to the outdoor living area. Design touches include imported Spanish tile, Grohe plumbing fixtures, pivoting glass entry doors, and a chef’s kitchen equipped with European cabinetry and top-of-the-line Miele appliances.
Step outside into your private oasis and enjoy the custom pool, complete with LED waterfalls, oversized tanning shelves, and fire bowls that set the tone for perfect desert evenings.
