Great location

Very spacious and clean property. 2nd floor unit giving great views of the pool and beach. Also close to restaurants. I would definitely stay again.

Even better than we expected

We all loved our stay at SeaChase. The condo was perfection laid out for our family. Everything was easy to find. The place and view were beautiful. We plan on returning.

The condo was lovely and worked well for our family giving everyone their own space. I would suggest cleaning or replacing the living room furniture as the arms of the 3 chairs were quite worn and dirty. The issue with leaving the patio door was our fault and we appreciated the reminder. We received a second call the next day but no one was inside that day so the door was not open at all, except for a matter of a minute to take towels in and out. We couldn’t understand the rationale for that call.We would also suggest replacing the vacuum cleaner as the Eureka was close to being an antique.There were only 4 table knives available for use. Otherwise the kitchen was well stocked. It was disappointing to find a live bug in a bowl that we were going to use but the bug died, the bowl was washed and all was fine after that.

The Perfect Beach Condo

We had an amazing time in this beautifully decorated massive 3bd/3ba condo. Being on the second floor offered close proximity to the pool and a fantastic beach view. There were plenty of pots, pans, and cooking utensils…I could have hosted Thanksgiving! Superb finishes, plenty of room, and extra towels and blankets were the frosting on the cake. It was a perfect stay. Thanks to the owners for providing such a tranquil space for making memories.

Everything was professional and smooth

I have been coming to orange Beach and gulf shores for several years but this is by far the best rental unit I've stayed in. I felt right at home. Everything was with quality from kitchen supplies to furniture. I really really enjoyed my time here. If there was a complaint, my only complaint would be the check in and check out time.

There was an issue with the ice maker in the fridge but the building repair team fixed before we knew there was an issue. Great service!

We tried another place in Perdido Key last year. It was just OK. The Pools, Cleanliness, Mangement, Staff, and Location keep us coming back to SEACHASE!Never Disappoints!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family absolutely loved this condo and all that Seachase has to offer. Several pools to choose from, friendly and helpful staff, and pristine beach are just a few of the highlights. The condo has everything you need for a week stay with four adults and two kids. The location was great with lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Being on the second floor with kids and all the beach toys that the condo provides was a huge plus. We will be visiting next year for sure!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful condo and Seachase is a wonderful facility! We’ve stayed at Seachase several times and it never disappoints. We had 2 small grandchildren with us and the ease of getting them to the beach was great. They enjoyed the pool area with the splash pad. It was a little cool outside and rained a small amount so the indoor pool was fantastic! The unit we stayed in was very nice. I highly recommend!

Seachase has the best amenities

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After staying in several gulf front properties over the years, we consistently prefer Seachase for their location and beach front amenities. The condo itself was adequate, although it had some quirks (as all rentals do) and some of the furnishings could use a refresh/cleaning. The beds were squeaky but not uncomfy. The bathrooms were very clean! We loved being on the 2nd floor and will definitely pick the East tower again if possible! Such a beautiful location - we thoroughly enjoyed our time!
