Come see why this 5th Floor Parking Level Phoenix Gulf Towers condo with unbelievable unobstructed views is the best for your family with its amazing views of the Gulf!



Our condo is perfectly situated on the 5th floor West corner with parking just steps from your front door!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom, and 3rd and 4th bedrooms. With over 2,000 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Towers condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 75” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 58" SMART TV in the master, and a 58" Smart TV in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the master and 2nd bedroom, two Queens in the 3rd and 4th bedrooms for sleeping up to 12



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, large jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Gulf Towers with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $70 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix Gulf Towers guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Wonderful unit!

The unit was perfect for my family of 8 (four couples). Each couple had their own bathroom which was a plus. The unit being on parking level was very convenient, especially for my 80 parents. It was close to grocery and restaurants which was nice. We all enjoyed the lazy river when we grew tired of the beach. The entire process from initial booking to checking in and out was a breeze. Highly recommend!

Great condo for family vacation

We loved the location of the condo on the 5th floor, particularly with the parking on the same level as well. Great configuration of the bedrooms. We would definitely recommend this unit!

Wonderful property

This condo was wonderful, loved staying on the 5th floor was so easy to park and get into condo. Condo was very clean, the washer was not working they had a service man out that day and a new washer came the next day!! Very happy with everything!!

Great Week!

We loved our stay! Condo is beautiful! We had 8 adults, 3 babies and a 7 year old. Plenty of space for everyone. Walk to the beach is short and was wonderful with the children. The parking on condo level was an added plus! We will be back!

Great place, location

We loved our stay- I would suggest maybe some throw blankets to use in living room( extra blankets), bring everything with you due to what they supply is minimal but the condo is great. Also, some kind of curtain or blinds for side floor to ceiling windows. The view is great but it gets very bright in there: overall excellent condo. We will be back

Not worth the money

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was excellent and the unit was decorated nicely. They did have to come.and re-clean the floors and tables from sticky.food that was left. Sleeping pillows need to be deep cleaned as they smelled from other renters. (Yuck). The beds were so hard all of the adults left with back issues.

Great Family Weekday Stay

Property was as-advertised. Clean and bright location. Private bathrooms in each bedroom are wonderful. Location of condo within the unit is hard to beat! Amenities on-site were clean and taken care of. Beach was very close and easy to get to-and-from daily. The kiddos loved the slide and indoor pool. Did not interact with staff other than a quick check-in and friendly hello's in elevators.There were a few VERY minor things that weren't perfect, lest you believe I'm a paid actor here. The TV instructions were a bit confusing, and I'm usually good with those things. I would also add that the kitchen could do with a few more small "amenities" like mixing bowls, a wider variety of utensils, etc. However, we were fully able to cook everything we had planned during our stay. Both of these things were easily worked around and do not take away from the 5-star overall rating.

Wonderful but lacked some functionality

Loved the condo and facility. Beautiful and everything you expect except some functionality. Three of the bedrooms did not have any kind of dresser to store clothes. Closets were large but without hangers you had to live out of suitcases. The kitchen was well equipped and didn't lack for anything. There were no extra towels or bedding so if you needed another towel, you were out of luck. Would we rent again? Absolutely.

We had plenty of space, etc. My only suggestions would be to have shower bars installed in the master bath as my husband and I occupied it. And maybe a proper salad bowl, like melamine. BEST Orange Beach Vacation Spot

I always travel with my Clorox Wipes and spend several hours cleaning surfaces. Not necessary this year, as this unit was immaculate and minus the clutter and dusty tchotchke covering every surface and "junk" on every shelf. It made so nice to put our packed items out and "make it ours" quickly after arriving. The kitchen was well equipped, and the dishes/glasses were good quality. The building (Phoenix Gulf Towers) has a fantastic location. You can't go wrong staying here!
