Welcome to your coastal escape in Newport Beach, nestled on the vibrant Balboa Peninsula and just steps from both the beach and bay. This beautifully remodeled upper duplex blends relaxed Aloha‑style charm with beachside convenience.
Inside, the open-concept living area feels bright and breezy with hardwood floors and beachy décor that bring the seaside indoors. A cozy queen sleeper sofa in the front room offers extra room for guests to relax or catch a movie on the flat-screen TV. Sliding glass doors open to a private deck where evenings are made for BBQs and ocean breezes. Located on 41st St just a quick walk to the sand you are never far from the Action. Directly out in front of the Home is the beach where you will find Volleyball Courts and a Bike Path which will jet out onto the beach a few blocks down at 36th.
From this location you can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the peninsula, balboa island, or down to Huntington Beach (45-minute bike-ride one direction) along the oceanfront boardwalk. However, with more than 30+ restaurants & bars, shops, electric boat/jet ski rentals, Surfboard/Stand-Up-Paddle-board Lessons all in the area you will never need to travel far!
Although you may be looking for a quiet getaway, the action is never more than a Walk/Bike Ride away. This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation.
