This stunning 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom Luxurious -modern home with Pool this is a secluded paradise that offers everything you need for an unforgettable vacation experience. The property is located just minutes away from the breathtaking Madeira Beach, and it boasts a variety of luxurious amenities that will make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. (Note the spa/hot tub is not operational!)

The space
As you step through the front door, you`ll be greeted by a bright and airy living space, complete with plush sofas, a cozy fireplace, and large windows that flood the room with natural light. The adjoining dining area is perfect for hosting family dinners, while the fully equipped chef`s kitchen, complete with a massive island and state-of-the-art appliances, is sure to impress even the most discerning cooks.

The house is prepared with all the essentials to make you feel at home. The home features a large driveway, a private fenced-in backyard, a patio with lots of seating, and a propane BBQ grill. Guests have access to the entire house, offering four spacious bedrooms, three bathrooms, two living rooms with an LG smart TV, a pull-out sofa, and a large dining room with a gorgeous dining table for 8. Private pool & yard, covered patio deck, gas grill, lounge space, dining table, and patio furniture. This property does have a pool; however, it is important to note that the extension of the pool is not a working hot tub/spa.

GENERAL:
Free highspeed WiFi, central air conditioning/heat, hair dryer, board games, umbrella, stroller, collapsible beach wagon, beach chairs, beach umbrella, coolers, beach toys, and a starter supply of items such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish detergent, etc.

Guest access
Your host has provided an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, dish detergent, etc. In addition to regular towels, the host also supplies beach towels. Starter supplies are NOT unlimited; be prepared for a food and supply trip to the multiple grocery stores nearby.

Parking is only available on the driveway. A MAXIMUM of two off-street parking spaces ARE available. Please DO NOT park on the lawn.

Other things to note

•The property has access to open water without a gate, which could potentially be a safety hazard for children. As a result, it is important for parents or guardians to always be present and attentive when their children are playing outside, especially near the water.

• Number of guests in your reservation must be an accurate count. Should that number change before arrival, the reservation must be updated to reflect the correct number. THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS IS TWELVE. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation if the guest`s maximum is exceeded.

• The primary booking party must be a minimum age of 24 years old. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation if the guest does not meet the age minimum.

• The entire house and property are designed and set up for guests on vacation who want to feel at home. There are no shared spaces or amenities, and it is entirely private.

• To heat the pool will be an additional $75 per day and needs to be requested at least 3 days prior to your arrival. Heating can take approximately 8 hours to heat.

• In the coldest winter months heating the pool can be difficult as the water temperature drops overnight. Florida has a temperate climate, but cold fronts can bring overnight temperatures in the 30s and 40s that can last for several days. The pool and spa can be heated, but under these circumstances, there is no way the pool heater can keep the water at a temperature in the mid to high 80s. Please note that cold weather does NOT constitute a mechanical failure.

Guest will have access to the entire house, the backyard, the pool.
