The first floor includes a master bedroom with a king bed, full bath, and walk-in closet, a bedroom with a twin-over-full bunk bed, another bedroom with a full bed, and a full bath. The second floor loft offers a full bed, a futon, and an additional full bath. Bed linens are provided for all bedrooms. Laundry needs are met with a full-size washer and dryer.

Additional Amenities
Guests can enjoy a screened-in porch furnished with comfortable outdoor seating, an enclosed outdoor shower for rinsing off after beach days, and a large driveway accommodating up to four cars. No campers, trailers, boats, RV's, or other recreational vehicles may be parked or stored on the property during your stay. Guests will not have any access to the garage space.

Extras Provided:
Additional conveniences include a pack n play, hair dryer, toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, and body soap, as well as kitchen towels, shower towels & hand towels. (1) roll of paper towels will be provided in the kitchen and (2) rolls of toilet paper will be provided in each bathroom. Our home aims to provide all the comforts of home while vacationing by the beach.

Please note: Ocean Farms is a quiet residential neighborhood. Many neighbors live here year‑round, so we kindly ask that noise be kept to a minimum during nighttime hours.
Parties, gatherings, and events are strictly prohibited.
If police are called due to disturbances or violations, guests will be required to vacate the property and forfeit the remainder of their stay.

Security Cameras: For the safety and security of our guests and property, exterior security cameras are located at the front entrance/doorbell and overlooking the driveway. These cameras monitor the exterior areas only. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home.
