Sip your coffee while watching the breathtaking sunrise from the front porch or stargaze from the woodsy backyard.
This home features three bedrooms: a king bed, two queen beds, and a twin bed, perfect for couples, families or groups seeking something unique and upscale. Two full bathrooms (one upstairs, one down) so guests can refresh and unwind comfortably after a day of seeing the local sights. There's a light-filled dining nook that's perfect to set up your remote office, if you need to work while you're here.
The house stays cozy with heating and cool with AC, making it a terrific retreat year-round.
We are 1.5 miles from Bethany Boardwalk, and a 20-minute drive from Rehoboth's outlets and fabulous downtown shops. Paddleboarding on the Assawoman Canal is a stone's throw away. Assateague, where you can see horses running free on the beach, is less than a half hour's drive away as is Berlin, MD, "the coolest small town in America." There are art studios, antique shops, and wandering country roads to delight you--all right here.

I've been driving past this sweet little house for thirty years when in town visiting my mother and always thought it was adorable--this year I took the plunge to buy and renovate it as both a place to stay and a place to share. This is a peaceful neighborhood with friendly, kind people and the location is perfect--near the beach with a little bit of everything.

You're five minutes from the beach but also in the woods--bald eagles and herons fly overhead and occasionally a fox or deer wanders by the back fence. The sunrise (or moonrise) from the front porch is breathtaking. This place is perfect for someone who wants a beach vacation without the beach crowds. If you're not from the east coast, you'll appreciate that you can be in many major metropolitan areas in just a few hours. The house itself has been thoughtfully renovated as a peaceful, relaxing space--we hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
