The Space:
Tiger by the Tail delivers, four levels of roomy Nashville living with a playful, photo-ready vibe and plenty of space to reset between plans. The main living level on the second floor is the social hub—an open kitchen, dining, and living area with a large island, bar seating, and a generous lounge setup that makes meals, games, and pre-night-out hangs feel effortless.
The sleeping spaces are spread across four bedrooms, supported by 4.5 bathrooms so groups can get ready without bottlenecks. The layout includes a mix of bunks and full/queen beds, plus an additional sleeper sofa in the top-floor bonus space, giving flexibility for families and friend groups with different sleeping needs.
The showstopper is the top floor: a bonus hangout space flanked by two private rooftop patios, complete with a hot tub, outdoor games, and skyline views—perfect for sunset soaks, late-night conversation, and slow mornings. Guests enjoy staying here for the relaxed feel and convenient location. Broadway and downtown are typically a short drive or rideshare away (count 7-8 minutes), and nearby McCabe Golf Course, The Nations, and West End provide additional options for dining, playing and exploring. It’s an ideal setting if you want a refined, comfortable retreat in a true neighborhood, with quick access to the best of Nashville.
Getting Around:
Getting around from this townhome is easy and flexible. You have a private 2-car garage, plus additional complex parking (first-come) and free street parking nearby. A car is convenient if you plan to explore multiple neighborhoods, but it is not required—Lyft/Uber are typically fast and reliable for trips to Broadway, downtown, Midtown, The Gulch, and other top areas without the hassle of parking. For shorter hops, scooters and bikes are also common when available.
