The Space:

🏡 Welcome to your next shore getaway! Our home is carefully curated and professionally managed & cleaned, designed to ensure a memorable stay, creating a perfect blend of comfort, functionality, and relaxation.



🛏️ Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements

Primary Bedroom – Features a king bed.

Guest Bedroom – Includes a queen bed.

Bunk Room – Great for kids or extra guests with full-over-full bunk beds.

All sleeping areas are on the upper level of the home.



🚿 Bathrooms

2 Full Bathrooms – Timeless full bathrooms both with walk-in showers, there is no tub here. There is one bathroom on each floor of the house.

Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, all cookware and dishes, toaster, blender, Keurig coffee maker, and ample space for cooking

🧻 Linens, towels & the included essential amenities

Our property comes stocked with a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags. Shower products like body wash, shampoo and conditioner are not included.

All bedding (sheets, pillows/pillow cases, blankets & comforters) as well as a full set of bath towels are provided, freshly laundered, and ready for you to enjoy!

This home is equipped with radiator heating and window AC units in every space.

Off-street parking for one vehicle + ample free street parking in the neighborhood.

Washer & dryer in-unit for easy laundry during your stay.

Welcome to your beachside retreat! You'll have full access to the entire three-bedroom, two-bathroom house. Enjoy the comfort of three private bedrooms, each offering a flexible sleeping arrangement: a king bed in the primary bedroom, a full-over-full bunk bed perfect for kids in the second room, and a queen bed in the third. Both full bathrooms are exclusively for your use, one on each floor. The fully equipped kitchen is all yours, ready for preparing meals. Relax and unwind in the living area, or step outside to the patio area for some fresh air. You'll also have access to free parking on the premises and the street. And of course, the beach is just a short walk away!

Nestled in the heart of Ventnor City, our beach home puts you in the perfect spot to experience the best of the Jersey Shore! Just a short 2.5-block walk will have your toes in the sand, perfect for a morning stroll or an afternoon of sunbathing. You'll find a variety of dining options nearby, from casual eateries to upscale restaurants, all within easy walking distance or a quick drive. Explore local shops and boutiques for unique finds, or head to the Ventnor Avenue business district, just a few blocks away. For a taste of excitement, the casinos and nightlife of Atlantic City are just a short drive up the coast. Enjoy the charming, family-friendly atmosphere of Ventnor City, with its beautiful beaches, boardwalk, and a welcoming community vibe.

Getting Around: Ventnor City offers convenient access to various transportation options. While the property provides free parking on the premises and on the street, you can also easily explore the area using public transportation. Bus routes are available along major avenues, connecting you to nearby towns and attractions. For those arriving by air, the Atlantic City International Airport (ACY) is approximately a 20-minute drive away. From the airport, you can take a taxi, rideshare service, or the NJ Transit bus to reach Ventnor City. The property's central location also allows for easy access to major roadways, making it simple to drive to nearby cities or explore the Jersey Shore. Consider using ride-sharing services for convenient trips to casinos, restaurants, and other local destinations. Enjoy the flexibility to explore the area with ease!

GUEST VERIFICATION & SECURITY: All guests will be required to upload a valid Photo ID (Drivers License, Passport, Government ID) and verify with a “selfie” to the management company's secure, data encrypted portal before being allowed to check in. This information is required by our insurance company and is not used for any other purposes.



PET POLICY: For our listings that are pet friendly: Guests are fully responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbances caused by their pets during their stay. By bringing a pet onto the property, you agree to assume all liability for your pet's behavior and to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner and management from any claims or damages arising from your pet. Guests with pets are 100% responsible for keeping their pet under control at all times. Size/weight and breed restrictions may apply. For our listings marked “no pets” - this is strictly enforced. If you have a service animal, we kindly ask that you book one of our pet friendly listings.



CREDIT CARD FEE: Reservations booked through certain platforms where credit card payments are processed by the host/property management company, Heightened Hospitality LLC, will be subject to a separate 3.5% processing fee. The processing fee is strictly non-refundable in the event of a voluntary cancellation.



SECURITY CAMERA DISCLOSURE: Please be advised there are security cameras present on this listing in the following locations: exterior front entryway/doorbell camera, exterior rear entrance and deck/patio/driveway area. These cameras may record audio & video footage 24/7. We absolutely do not nor will ever have recording devices of any kind inside the home or apartment or any other private area.



QUIET HOURS & MAINTAINING THE PEACE: Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. Guests must be respectful of our neighbors, other guests, and overall community at all times so that we may continue providing enjoyable experiences to all of our guests. Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of a reservation and removal from the rental without refund or warning. There is a ZERO tolerance policy.



NO SMOKING: All properties are ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of any kind - this includes cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. You may smoke outside and well away from any doors or windows, and must clean up any debris (do not throw butts on the ground). Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee.
