It's a stage for sunrises and sunsets, a space where conversations flow as freely as the sea breeze. When Space X has rocket launches you can see them right from the deck!
When you're ready to explore, the treasures of Port Isabel await—quaint shops, delightful eateries, and the undeniable charm of this coastal town. And when you return, you'll find solace in the knowledge that your sea-facing retreat is ready to embrace you once more.

2.5 bathrooms that offer plush bath towels with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, toilet paper along with a vanity.

The home is professionally cleaned before every stay with clean linens and towels. Fresh new sheets, linens, and towels will be provided for your stay. We will prepare based on the number of your guests.

As you step into the condo, a warm and welcoming open-concept living area unfolds before you. Adorned with tasteful furnishings and a generously sized flat-screen TV, this space invites you to relax and unwind. The floor-to-ceiling windows not only flood the room with natural light but also frame the breathtaking waterfront views, adding a touch of magic to your stay. The dining area has a large dining table, sets the stage for cherished moments over shared meals with your nearest and dearest. It's a space where stories are shared, laughter echoes, and memories are made.
We allow 2 pets and the fee is $149.00 per pet.
Additional House rules
Please make sure that you go through the house rules prior to booking.
Smoking and or Vaping is strictly prohibited inside, outside, or the deck areas.
NO Charcoal Grills or Wood Chips anywhere on the property due to fire hazard and HOA rules. You may use a propane grill or flat grill but one is not provided.
Unauthorized Guest Only guest that are registered are allowed on the property. No other guest outside the reservation are allowed on the property. Parties, events, or any other gatherings are strictly prohibited.
NO SAND inside the washer and dryer. Please shake clothes, towels, shoes, etc off before washing your clothing. There is a water hose to rinse off before entering the home.
Boat Slip and Trailer Parking maybe available for an additional fee depending on availability. It is not including in the nightly rental rate. Please inquire about fees and availability.
You must be 25 years old or older to Book this property!
Trash runs twice a week on Monday and Thursday.
Thermostat and temperature: There is a brand new energy efficient outside unit and inside unit and is environmentally controlled by a Nest Thermostat E which is electronically controlled by the Host. In the summer it varies from 74 - 72 degrees. During the winter months when needed it varies from 74 -76 degrees. Guest Do Not Have Access To The Thermostat.
