Located on the quiet bay interior (west) side of SPI and overlooking the Laguna Madre, this breathtaking private home offers guests the perfect vacation rental accommodations for their trip to SPI! This location is fantastic, being a short walk to the entertainment district down Laguna Blvd, close proximity to many island restaurants, and only an 10 minute walk down Oleander St. to reach the beach!
The interior of this house is extra spacious, where you will never feel crowded, it is tastefully decorated, and features all vinyl or tile flooring and synthetic stone countertops throughout!
We have 2 master bedrooms! The 2nd floor entails 2 bedrooms with private full bathrooms. North side master bedroom has a Queen bed, a flat screen 50" smart TV and a large balcony overlooking the Lagoon and beautiful neighborhood. The East side bedroom has 1 Queen bed and 1 bunk bed which sleeps 2. Both bedrooms equipped with a walk-in shower. 2nd floor also has spacious kitchen and living area with ample seating room for guests to relax, as well as a flat screen 75" smart TV. Located off the living area and kitchen is a large balcony overlooking the pool area, Causeway and a tranquility of Lagoon. Guests will love sitting on the balcony and relaxing while feeling the warm breeze of our tropical climate.
Ready to cook? Guests will enjoy preparing meals with family and friends in the large fully stocked kitchen. This kitchen has everything you would need to cook a great breakfast, lunch, and dinner! The dining table has seating for 10 people. And we have a tone of cooking books for you to try something new in the kitchen.
The 3rd floor King master bedroom is facing South of the island and has a King size bed, a bunk bed, which sleeps 2, a flat screen 50" smart TV and a large balcony overlooking a pool area, Queen Isabel Causeway, Lagoon and gorgeous neighborhood.
The large master bathroom is equipped with an over soaking tub and walk-in shower plus his and hers double sinks!
Ground floor bedroom has a Queen bed and a bunk bed, which sleeps 2. This room does not have a see through window.
4th. bathroom is located in the Play/ Ballroom.
NOTE: MAX capacity 14. Seeps comfortably 8 adults and 6 children on bunk beds which have two TWIN size mattresses each.
The pool area is perfect to enjoy after a fun day at the beach! Keep the kids happy and cool in our extra-large ground floor indoor play space with life size games, away from scorching sun, right by the pool. Guests will love hanging out in the lounging chairs in the backyard to soak up our beautiful Island sun or enjoy warm evenings. While sitting on balconies facing the pool area and enjoying an elevated island breeze under the shade, you will be able to observe changing colors of sun going down, the great view of Fireworks over the Bay and a sky view of SpaceX rocket launched off Starbase Launchpad in Boca Chica.

Lagoon View House Rules:
**PETS: Up to 2 pets (cats or dogs allowed), up to 50lb each (possible exceptions upon owner approval).
SAFETY FIRST!
Our property is well lit, you can enjoy outdoors even after the sunset.
No running or horseplay in the pool or deck area. Surfaces can be slippery when wet, so use caution when walking.
Absolutely, no diving and no jumping.
There is no lifeguard on duty. Parents are responsible for the safety of their children
Kids under 12 not allowed in the pool without adult supervision
No pets are allowed in the pool for sanitary reasons
A first aid kit is available in a cabinet above the Washer and Dryer
Keeping the Pool Clean & Functional
Shower and rinse off thoroughly before entering the pool, especially after being at the beach. Excessive sand in the pool may damage, clog filters and skimmers.
No food preparation, BBQs in the pool area, backyard. No charcoal grilling on the premises. Please help keep outdoor spaces clean and pest-free.
Only people and floats are allowed in the pool.
Bunch O Balloons are not allowed in the pool area as the plastic can clog filters and skimmers.
No going to the bathroom in or around the pool area. Please use the bathroom provided inside Lagoon View on a ground floor.
Clean up after yourself! Dispose of all trash in the provided trash can on the patio and empty it into the bins out front for pick up. Leaving trash can clog the skimmer and damage the pool function, and a fine of $100 may be charged for extra cleaning and trash.
**ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING ON PREMISES: The use of any tobacco, marijuana, or recreational drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere on premises.
Respecting the Property & Other Guests
Only registered guests staying at Lagoon View are allowed in the pool area.
Quiet hours are 11pm-9am Friday-Saturday and 10pm-9am Sunday-Thursday
The pool equipment is off limits to guests. Any tampering will result in paying for replacement or repair costs.
The floats are for use at Lagoon View only; please do not take them to the beach.
Wildlife Disclaimer: The property is in an area where wildlife may be present. The Owner is not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from wildlife encounters. Guests assume all associated risks.
Important Acknowledgement
Any violation of these rules may result in eviction without refund and/or a fine. By staying at Lagoon View, you agree not to hold the owner and management responsible for any damages or injuries that may occur during your stay.
