Our newly renovated mountain retreat is the perfect destination for those seeking a peaceful and luxurious vacation. With breathtaking views of the mountains and the nearby golf course, you`ll feel like you`re truly escaping the stress of everyday life. Wake up to breathtaking mountain views and enjoy your coffee on the deck overlooking the nearby golf course. The modern and spacious interior features all-new furnishings and amenities, including a fully stocked kitchen and luxurious linens. Enjoy the fresh mountain air on your own private deck or gather around the outdoor dining table. And when you`re ready to explore, the charming town of Sapphire is just minutes away, with the vibrant communities of Cashiers and Brevard also within easy reach. The peaceful and serene location is just 20 minutes to the charming town of Cashiers and 30 minutes to the bustling city of Brevard. Gorges State Park is less than 10 minutes away! Come experience the beauty and tranquility of our mountain escape at Sapphire!
The main floor has the queen bedroom suite, living room, dining room and kitchen. Downstairs there is a private King Master Suite. It boasts it`s very own balcony for early morning or late evening quite time, a large updated bathroom, a King bed and a desk for your work needs. There is a porch off of the living room as well as the dining area. There is a grill as well as an outdoor dining table. The living room couch is a sleeper sofa for additional guests.
*THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT COME WITH ANY ACCESS TO BURLINGAME AMENTITITES. You are welcome to apply for a trial membership but I would do it in advance to your stay and the fees are $4000+ just for the membership. There are other golf courses close by that are open to the public without the membership.
- No smoking in the house.
- No parties or unexpected guests sleeping over.
- If you damage something, let us know so that we can arrange for its replacement or repair.
- Lastly, have fun and enjoy the mountains!
Prior to check in a rental agreement must be signed for the property management company.
This house is not pet friendly. Pets brought to properties that are not listed as `Pet Friendly` will be charged the $100 nightly pet fee and an additional $100 cleaning fee, and may result in immediate eviction with forfeiture of remaining paid stay.
