Welcome to Landmark 229! This breathtaking oceanfront studio features a plush king-sized bed and a full-sized sleeper sofa, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. Whether you're here for a romantic getaway or a beach trip with friends or family, this bright and thoughtfully furnished space has everything you need for a relaxing stay.
Guests staying in 229 will enjoy a well-stocked kitchenette, perfect for preparing a quick meal or snack. Unlike many similar units, this condo offers a full-sized refrigerator and a toaster oven in addition to the microwave and sink, as well as a hotplate for preparing a small meal! A coffee maker and water kettle are also provided for your convenience. If dining out is more your style, you'll find dozens of restaurants just a short walk or drive away. Popular delivery options like Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Grubhub make it easy to enjoy a meal from the comfort of your condo.
The main living area is designed with comfort and functionality in mind. The king-sized bed is flanked by two end tables with lamps, offering soft lighting for a cozy atmosphere. A wall-mounted flat-screen TV sits above a spacious dresser, giving you both entertainment and storage. The sleeper sofa unfolds into a full-sized bed to accommodate additional guests, and a dining table with chairs provides the perfect spot for enjoying meals or playing games.
Step outside to your private balcony and take in the incredible oceanfront views. The balcony also overlooks the pool, making it easy to keep an eye on family or friends while still enjoying some peace and quiet. Please note that the pool is open to all Landmark guests and can sometimes be lively. While we can't control the volume, we sincerely apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
The private bathroom includes a shower/tub combination, a spacious vanity with a large mirror, and a toilet. To make your stay as smooth and stress-free as possible, we provide fresh towels, linens, and a full set of toiletries. You'll also receive a starter supply of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, hand soap, and dish soap.
Our condo is perfectly positioned just steps from the main elevators—super convenient for coming and going with ease! Being close to the outdoor pool and elevators mean you might catch the sounds of laughter or music drifting in, especially on sunny days in the summer months. While the energy of the area can vary, it's all part of the vibrant vacation vibe, but we want to be transparent and make sure our guest's know what to expect! We also provide sound machines / fans for those who prefer a little extra quiet when it's time to unwind.
The Landmark Resort itself is packed with family-friendly and adult-approved amenities that make your stay even more convenient and enjoyable. Take a dip in the indoor and outdoor pools, unwind in one of the many hot tubs, float along the lazy river, or enjoy the on-site arcade. There's also a laundry facility just steps away if needed. Guests will have access to basic resort cable and Wi-Fi, so you'll stay connected even while you unplug from the everyday.
While our guests will have access to over 10 indoor and outdoor pools, lazy rivers, hot tubs, saunas, laundromat, arcade, free parking, and beach access, there are some amenities that our guests cannot access. Our guests are not permitted to use the food and beverage outlets within the complex, water features across the street, or the coffee bar in the lobby. Many of our guests have stated that they were still able to use the restricted amenities, and they were not declined service. However, we just cannot advertise those amenities. Our rates reflect the restrictions to these amenities, and we apologize for the inconvenience.
