Cómodo en un vecindario tranquilo.

La sala de estar abierta y espaciosa cuenta con muebles cómodos y pisos fantásticos. Es una habitación luminosa y soleada con HDTV por cable e Internet, un reproductor de DVD y una gran selección de DVD.

La mesa de comedor está situada frente a las puertas correderas que se abren completamente (es una puerta de bolsillo) a la piscina, proporcionando una vista tranquila del agua y las plantas tropicales.


El área de la piscina cuenta con una gran área cubierta al aire libre con mesas de comedor adicionales y ventiladores y luces, sillones y parrilla de gas. Siéntate a la sombra o al sol con vistas a una hermosa piscina, rodeado de coloridas plantas dentro y fuera de la jaula de la piscina. La piscina tiene calefacción solar y está rodeada de un exuberante paisaje.

La cocina completamente equipada y el comedor están abiertos a la sala de estar. Hay un bar entre la cocina y el comedor con taburetes para asientos adicionales.

La sala de lavandería con lavadora / secadora de gran capacidad está fuera del pasillo que conduce al dormitorio principal.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size, un gran armario, dos tocadores y un escritorio. El baño tiene una gran ducha de azulejos.

Hay dos dormitorios adicionales cada uno con una cama queen, un gran armario, tocador triple y espejo, y una silla cómoda. Estas habitaciones comparten un baño completo.

Esta es una excelente experiencia de vacaciones llena de comodidad, privacidad, conveniencia y belleza visual en un vecindario tranquilo.

El activo más exclusivo de nuestra comunidad es una playa privada escriturada en el Golfo. Su pase se proporciona al ferry de la playa del sur de Venecia. A solo una milla de tu casa. Fácil paseo en bicicleta o un amplio estacionamiento en el muelle del ferry. Las playas públicas se encuentran a poca distancia en coche o en un hermoso paseo en bicicleta a lo largo del canal intercostero.

Cerca de Shamrock Park y Nature Center ofrece una reserva de 80 acres, canchas de tenis y es el punto de partida para millas de ciclismo y caminar a lo largo de la vía intercostal.

Visita el hermoso centro de Venice Island. Pasee por las calles bordeadas de palmeras donde encontrará tiendas exclusivas y restaurantes.

Sarasota está a 25 minutos de distancia, Tampa a 1. 5 horas y Orlando a aproximadamente 2 horas.

Enjoyed our stay in So Venice. The pool and outdoor space was wonderful! We were a 10 minute drive to Venice pier. Great location and Kathleen was very easy to work with.

This house is close to everything. The pool was a big hit when we weren’t at the beach the grandkids were floating in the pool.

Quiet Neighborhood & Great Host

Overall this is a nice home in a quiet and nice neighborhood. Close to all of the essentials and short drive to all the beaches! Kathleen is a wonderful and understanding host that assisted with our issues quickly!

Property was exactly as listing described and close to everything. As a first time renter I was nervous, but Kathleen was quick to answer my many questions and offered helpful tips about exploring the area. We met the neighbors who are very nice. Highly recommend this property!

Great vacation

The home is in a wonderful neighborhood and the neighbors are so friendly. The pool was amazing for my family. The home is very close to many beaches. Lovely beach home

We chose this home for its proximity to the beach as well as it having a swimming pool. Neither disappointed. The house itself had everything you’d need to enjoy a relaxing trip. Kathleen, the owner, was lovely and responsive the entire trip. We will be staying again ❤️

This is the second time that we used this house and it was very nice. The master bathroom in front was a little uneven so you had to be careful getting in and out. Pool was very clean and fun to swim in

Home Comfort in Paradise

Nicely appointed home close to downtown Venice. Very close to the bike trail and within walking distance to bike rental. Quiet location with lovely pool including gas bbq. Had a lovely time exploring Venice and visiting relatives. Nice to have a home where we could entertain as well. Many thanks

Mini snow birds

We have stayed here before and loved the property so we came back this year for an extended stay. The house was very clean when we arrived and the pool area wonderful. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and had a very relaxing time spending time outside in any weather with the covered patio or poolside getting some sun and time spent in the pool. We will definitely keep this property on top of our list when staying in Venice. Thank you Kathleen for being such a gracious host!

Everything within reach

Been vacationing in venice for 40+ years. This a great centralized location to take in everything . All of the beaches are within 8-14 minutes, even gasparilla island is just a short drive. The home suited all of our needs and the kids loved the screened in pool area! Awesome host, helpful, polite and easy to het a hold of. Will definotely go back

Wonderful, quiet vacation

The home is in a quiet neighborhood with quick access to Hwy 41 and was very clean inside and out. The pool area is a great size and will seat at least a dozen around the pool. The kitchen is well stock with just about anything you need. This one is on our repeat visit list. We will definitely look at this one first when staying in the Venice area!! The owner was extremely responsive whenever we had a question, with responses in usually 10 minutes. Fantastic all around!

Very clean, nice property.

Good all around. Property has a nice pool and enclosed cage with lots of outdoor seating. Plenty of DVD's when a little TV was needed to wind down the day. Good location, nice neighborhood. Appliances and kitchen utensils looked new. Everything that was needed was there, owner really didn't miss much in having this property ready to rent.

Spring Break in Venice

The property is well maintained and had everything we could need! The pool was really nice to be able to relax around in the evenings and when staying in from going out to eat. Our three daughters(ages: 3 and twin - 1 year olds) really enjoyed the pool and toys/noodles available. It is a short 8-10 minute drive to the beach. We always park next to “Sharky’s on the Pier” and access the beach through there. It is also a great place to grabs drinks and lunch on the beach.

We loved the house and would definitely stay here again

I had a horrible time with renting due to the site would say it wasn't available but was charging me . I lost a thousand dollars doing this and wouldn't get it refunded.

I apologize, Debra. I just saw this note. The summer was chaotic and I didn’t have a chance to look at reviews. I’m trying to remember exactly what happened. I thought we were able to resolve this issue. My recollection, and my memory isn’t great, was that you did finally receive a full refund. If that’s not true please let me know and I’ll contact VRBO Immediately. Again, my memory, they pd you in 2 payments. If you didn’t get that second payment please notify me.

Perfect place!

This was our first time to spend a week in Florida ( to get away from cold Pennsylvania winters). We just loved the house. We are thinking about relocating maybe some day in the future. I told my husband if this was our house I would be packing tomorrow to move south. It was very well stocked with anything we needed. The pool was area was delightful. We have friends that do the winter in Florida. They came over one afternoon and enjoyed our lovely pool with us. The neighborhood is very quiet. I took walks every morning. But we were close to many restaurants and places to shop. A+++ place to stay! I’m sad that it is already booked for next year.
