This is the luxe downtown vacation rental you have been dreaming of! It is in the most walkable location in the Historic District! Enjoy the perfect combination of Historic charm and modern amenities, with exposed brick walls and tons of natural sunlight shining through the plantation blinds. You will be on the top level overlooking the famous Broughton street, with tons of shops and restaurants all just steps away from Savannah’s City Market, River Street, the Plant Riverside District and more!



The Space:

Welcome to Studio on Broughton our historic condo in the heart of downtown Savannah, Georgia! We are so excited to give you a peachy welcome to the most charming city in the South.



This is the luxury downtown Airbnb you have always dreamed of in this remodeled 1891 historic Savannah building. This top floor condo features original exposed brick walls, hardwood floors throughout, an updated fully equipped kitchen, high ceilings, exposed duct work giving an industrial open concept living space. Enjoy tons of natural sunlight through the plantation blinds overlooking the famous Broughton street filled with high end shopping and restaurants. You will be steps away from Savannah’s City Market, River Street, the new Plant Riverside District and more! The condo is in walking distance to most ALL of the Historic District!



After a busy day exploring our beautiful city, curl up on the plush pull out sofa with a memory foam mattress to watch a Netflix favorite. High speed internet included. Enjoy a great night sleep in our luxury queen size memory foam mattress with cotton sheets in the master bedroom.



*Cool down after a warm day under the ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom.

*A sound machine is available to drown out any city noises at night.

*An iron and steamer are available in the bedroom closet.

*Washer/Dryer Combo in-suite.



Not only is our condo magazine worthy, but you will also fall in love with location being able to walk everywhere you want to go!



We also provide guests with a full Savannah guidebook, full of all my personal favorite bars, restaurants and must see places. Please note this is a studio loft with one bedroom and one bathroom. The bedroom is an open concept that does not have a door that closes. A pac N play is provided.



Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make meals in and whip up a delicious cocktail!

Guest Access:

Parking is not included. There is paid street parking or you can use a parking garage close by.



For the parking I recommend downloading the ParkSavannah app prior to arrival, you can preload your payment info and just enter a spot number to the app and you can add time from your phone. The street parking can add up, so I highly recommend the Robinson Parking garage (132 Montgomery st). It’s just a two block walk and they have flat rate parking. All of their rates are on their website. Unless you want to leave the historic downtown area, you probably won’t need to use the car much since you are walking distance to most everything.

The Neighborhood:

The condo is located in the heart of the Historic District. You will be right on Broughton Street, overlooking all the best high end shopping, restaurants and bars. There is an active nightlife on Friday and Saturdays. You will be about a 2 block walk to River Street and the new Plant Riverside District.



Getting Around:

Street Parking is available downtown through the Park Savannah app. You can download the app on android and apple devices and add parking from your mobile device, it will alert you when time is up and you can add time to your meter without walking back to your car.



The City of Savannah also has visitor parking passes available. Details on the city visitor website. Public bus transit is also available and there are great local Trolley Tours that are also a great way to get a tour of the city!



We also highly suggest parking in the Robinson Parking Garage located two blocks away, an easy walking distance. You can access daily and weekend rates on their website. The address is 132 Montgomery Street, Savannah GA 31401.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that the condo is in the heart of downtown, with that comes some city noises that you may not be accustomed to. We do provide a sound machine to help drown out any noises. We do try to make guests aware that Fridays and Saturdays can be loud due to our close proximity to Savannah's night life.

Feel free to message us through the airbnb app or by text (number provided at check-in). We are happy to assist however possible to help you have the most memorable stay! A guest guidebook is provided in the condo filled with local must see places and restaurants and bars to visit!
