The Space:

Cooking is a breeze in the large custom kitchen, complete with a full appliance package, including a wine cooler. A high-top peninsula island offers seating for three, perfect for casual dining or socializing.
Relax in the spacious living room, featuring a comfortable sofa, reading chair, and large smart TV for entertainment. A built-in Murphy bed provides additional sleeping options, while large windows bathe the space in natural light.
A dedicated workspace and built-in shelves offer functionality for remote work, supported by our reliable Wi-Fi.
The primary suite awaits to the right of the living room. Unwind in the luxurious queen mattress adorned with crisp linens and ample custom-built storage. A washer and dryer are located behind the frosted glass closet doors just outside the primary suite.
The single bathroom boasts an oversized single vanity with double faucets, a storage cabinet, and a custom-built low-entry shower. Essentials such as towels, toiletries, and a hair dryer are provided for your convenience.

Guest Access:
The entire condo is setup for your use! You have a murphy bed in the living room that pulls down to be a full bed (please pull slowly/carefully).

Just minutes from the City Market and steps from Telfair Square, you will be located among everything you come to Savannah for.
Explore all of the flavors Savannah has to offer, all just steps from the apartment. Enjoy French-inspired dishes at Circa 1875, grab a traditional southern dish at The Lady & Sons, or crack a few oysters at Sorry Charlie’s Oyster Bar. Breakfast is easy and delicious. Check out Treylor Park Diner or the Little Duck Diner.

Getting Around:
Are you driving into town? There is generally paid street parking near the apartment, you just need to download the Park Savannah App or use a credit card to feed the meters. Please be mindful of parking signs, as parking spots rotate for street cleaning.
Getting around is easy with walkable streets, bike rentals, and Uber/Lyft service. Jump on Savannah’s public transit system with the Whitaker and Broughton WB right at the corner of the apartment building. This free DOT trolley circulates downtown and provides ample stops at all the major attractions.

Other Things to Note:
No parties. This is a condo building where many of the residents live there full-time. Please be respectful of noise levels particularly after 10pm.
Only the number of guests listed on the reservation is permitted at the property.
No illicit activities, peddling, or soliciting are allowed on the property.
Do not smoke on the property.
Report all damaged property to the property owner immediately.
Treat the studio with respect as if it were your property.
