Esta comunidad cerrada está a 1 cuadra al este de una de las 10 mejores playas del mundo.
Una piscina comunitaria con tumbonas para tomar el sol, y una gran área de palapa con sombra para relajarse bajo el escenario central de esta propiedad. También hay una fiesta comunitaria / área de barbacoa y un gimnasio con aire acondicionado.
Seaside Garden es una gran casa adosada de 2 pisos. El segundo piso tiene 2 habitaciones cada una con baño privado y TV. La suite principal también cuenta con un vestidor y balcón. La planta baja es grande y abierta con una barra de desayuno y mesa de comedor. Aire acondicionado y ventiladores de techo si prefiere abrir las puertas del patio y disfrutar de los vientos alisios tropicales. Un patio cubierto que se abre a los jardines del centro y un área de patio trasero con barbacoa perfecta para asar a la parrilla. Hay una cama de día adicional en la sala de estar para un quinto huésped. Polvo y lavandería también convenientemente ubicados en la planta baja.

Great place!

Great location and as we rented a car, we traveled all over the island. The condo was lovely and had everything we needed to have fun and relax.

This location was the perfect size for our family of four. The walk to Eagle beach was easy and quick. A rental car place at the end of the street was super convenient. We would choose the same location and place again!

Very nice

Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, well-maintained grounds and pool area. Location of Eagle Beach is beautiful, a bit longer than one minute walk to the beach. Overall it’s a very nice place.

Amazing stay

Tons of room and a short walk to one of the best beaches in the world! We were greeted at the condo for check-in and a walk through. And when we checked out, someone was there to ensure we did not leave anything behind and to ensure our stay was good. I would recommend this unit to anyone. Thank you for a great vacation!

Excellent unit, well equipped and supplied.

The unit was perfect for our family holiday (3 adults). There were 2 large bedrooms with king bed and 3 bathrooms (2 with a shower). The Aruba Home Minders company did a great job getting the unit clean and ready, provided basic supplies enough for the week, and were very friendly and helpful. Communications were excellent.

Beautiful Aruba

Aruba is a beautiful location and the apartment was in a great spot to enjoy the island. Walking distance to Eagle Beach and close to supermarket, restaurants,etc. property manager was responsive.

Wonderful

The condo is exactly as described and included everything we needed. Short walk to the beach. The beach chairs were very handy. We had the pool to ourselves both times we went. We would definitely stay again in the future.

Highly recommend this Eagle Beach condo

Spacious two floor property that easily sleeps 6. Condo included pool access, washer/dryer, cable TV, and a great patio and balcony. Close proximity to Eagle Beach, which is quieter and less congested than Palm Beach. Short ride to grocery store and restaurants. Plan to return in the future!

Highly Recommend

This is a wonderful place. It has a great location close to Eagle Beach, dining and a grocery store. The unit is very comfortable, and the kitchen has everything needed for cooking and grilling. Judy and Franklin at the property management company were the best, very helpful with the move-in, move-out and everything in between. I highly recommend this unit!!

Great location and the property management team was awesome. We were within walking distance to Eagle Beach, but we also rented a car and explored the island. There are so many beaches that are amazing to visit. For us the best snorkeling was on Baby Beach. Would also recommend a UTV tour with Action Tours Aruba and ask for Frankie to be the tour guide.

Highly recommend!

First time to Aruba. Stayed for 10 days with my husband and some friends. The location was perfect for us. Right across from Eagle Beach (maybe .25 miles walk at most). There was some construction going on on the road but it was not a problem. Check in/out was quick and easy, host provided a notebook full of good information as well as a few ammenities to get us started (coffee and some snacks). Easy area to get around in. We rented a car but several days just walked from the condo. Very quiet and clean with a very well equipped kitchen (although I didn't cook much). Coolers and beach chairs are provided as well. I would definitely stay there again.

PERFECT trip to paradise

First time visitor to Aruba, so I had some anxiety about getting settled in the unit. The prompt and responsive communication throughout our stay allowed maximum relaxation and enjoyment. Quick WhatsApp messages about the TV and stove were addressed in record time. Eagle Beach? PERFECT beach for folks who don't want to recover from vacation. Thank you!

Convenient and cozy

Condo is in a great location—less than 5 minute walk to Eagle Beach. Unit was very cozy and had extra touches. The beach chairs, umbrella and cooler were great. We used the grill a couple of times and the kitchen was well fitted and cooking was a breeze. The unit comes with laundry and a parking space. The property manager was very friendly and responsive and got our trip off to a good start. Would definitely recommend!

Not quite as expected

Beautiful property but not quite as advertised. Beach is a 20 minute walk away. Very noisy from next door hotel with aerobics starting at 0800. Pool could have been cleaned a little more regularly. Above average host company. Came immediately when called for the stove. Perfect accommodations for our group. Quiet season (as soon as morning aerobics were done) spacious. Will stay again!

We felt safe on our travels, the property was as described in the listing. One small issue with the refrigerator-it was promptly addressed and fixed. Enjoyed the view from our patio, short walk to the beach, 1/4 mile. Beautiful beach, sand and water. Bus to Palm Beach-shopping and Into city-Renessaince casino. Many taxi rides

Nice resort

Everything was good except that no outside lights from parking lot to our unit. Contacted the management and they said they let the homeowners association know about the situation and they do not control the lights. After 4 days the lights were on.

Perfect Aruban vacation

This property was among the best properties that we've rented thru VRBO. Everything was clean and in working order. The owner has provided many extras, from shopping bags to books and videos. The decor is exactly as shown- beachy and comfortable. The house is just a 5 min walk to Eagle Beach, the pool was great, and never crowded! Some days we were the only people using the pool. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and good outdoor space for relaxing. We were able to walk to several restaurants, and it was a short drive to the grocery, downtown and other restaurants. Anna was awesome, great personal attention for check in and check out, and even stopped in mid-stay to make sure everything was in order. We highly recommend this property--we will be recommending it to friends and will come back to this property on future visits to Aruba!

What a beautiful property, unit and area to stay! It exceeded all our expectations! We drove into a small well manicured gated community and felt safe. It’s located in a short walking distance to a gorgeous beach staying til the sunset that take your breath away! There were some restaurants you can take a nice walk to.The unit itself-from the moment we walked through the front door, we loved it! The high ceilings downstairs leading to a tranquil landscaped backyard with a community pool was perfect.The living room was spacious and cozy that created a warm, inviting atmosphere. The kitchen was fully equipped with all necessary appliances, dishes, gadgets, and accessories. We particularly enjoyed getting groceries from the store and cooking-mainly breakfasts in the morning!The two bedrooms were equally impressive—spacious, with comfortable beds, and bathroom. Outside, the property was just as beautiful. The units patio area had comfortable seating, making it ideal for evening relaxation. The pool were well-maintained and enjoyable with its own bathrooms and rinse-off showers.Overall, we will definitely book again the next time we come to Aruba! Highly recommend booking at this location.
