Encantadora casa colonial con las comodidades de un hogar moderno.

Esta lujosa casa de estilo colonial tiene 3 dormitorios (uno abajo, dos arriba), 2 baños completos, cocina y una sala familiar con mesa de billar. Televisores de pantalla plana en cada habitación. La cocina está totalmente equipada. La terraza tiene una hermosa vista de los volcanes y las montañas circundantes. Hay una sala de lavandería y acceso a Internet de alta velocidad Wi-Fi y una caja de seguridad para documentos importantes.
Quince minutos a pie del parque central. Diez minutos para el mercado. Dentro de una comunidad cerrada segura. Un ama de llaves que limpiará la casa y lavará la ropa.
Se proporciona agua embotellada y se vuelve a planificar para que no tenga que comprarla.
Podemos proporcionar la recogida y devolución en el aeropuerto (usted paga alrededor de $ 30- $ 40 por trayecto). A su llegada, proporcionamos una cesta de bienvenida con fruta, café, pan, agua embotellada, etc., válida por un día o dos.

Rene’s home is lovely! It has plenty of space for you to unwind and relax after a day around town. He and Vilma are very welcoming and friendly. Rene is quick to respond to any questions you may have and checks in throughout your stay to ensure everything is going well. The small rooftop deck is a nice treat where you can get a great view of El Volcán de Agua. There’s plenty to do near by and can also walk to a grocery store/shopping center. I will definitely keep this on my list to revisit and recommend to anyone planning a trip to Antigua.

Lovely home, host, and housekeeper. This was a great slightly tucked away quiet location where me and my 3 girlfriends were able to walk everywhere our entire stay. The home decor is impeccable. The fruit basket was a perfect welcome after a very long travel day from Lake Atitlan. Beds are on the firmer side. Rene our host was attentive and always helpful. We had a great time two nights in a row at his restaurant/salsa club Las Palmas. I highly suggest checking out! Great food, talented musicians, and good vibes. All around wonderful place to stay while visiting Antigua.

Beautiful, immaculate, fully equipped authentic Antiguan home rich in character and wonderful host!

Rene was a stellar host who responded promptly and clearly to all inquiries and went above and beyond by driving us to a restaurant the evening we arrived as the traffic delayed our arrival until 9PM. Throughout our stay Rene ensured that any questions we had about the local area were thoughtfully answered. From the moment we arrived, we felt as though we were in a safe, authentic, upscale community embedded in a larger working class neighborhood. Loved the fact that despite being tourists, we did not feel like tourists and were able enjoy the local way of life - transportation, markets, little shops and the like. We were so pleased with "our" value-laden home. Rene has equipped his home with EVERYTHING you might need: ceiling fans everywhere, floor fans everywhere, beautiful welcome fruit basket and biscotti, extra pillows, soap, toothpaste, extra water bottles, beautiful Mayan decor, fully-equipped kitchen, ample towels, loads of light switches, ample closet space and hangers, beautiful landscaping, a pool table, wonderful jazz music, and so much more. Stepping into this home is like being welcomed into a friend's charming and detail-oriented home. Enjoyed a lovely long chat with Vilma, the housekeeper, who maintains an IMMACULATE house. The house is part of a small, charming neighborhood of traditional-style homes set behind a secure gate. Thanks to the many windows and skylights the house is bright throughout the day. Am running out of space. Fantastic!! Will be back!

Quiet , tranquil location but close to restaurants , shops and local attractions. Rene the host has clean spacious rental and he is very attentive . Providing suggestions on places to eat , activities and his restaurant offers live music which I highly recommend. Definitely would recommend and intend to return in the future.

One of the best properties I’ve stayed at!

Rene is as good of a host as you can have. He will make every effort to take care of you . His house is fabulous! Extremely quiet and secure location. 10 minute walk to a modern shopping center and in the other direction it’s an easy walk to the main square. On site house keeper who is always there to help. I can’t recommend this listing high enough. Thank you Rene. I hope I can stay here again.

Beautiful home and property, with an optimal location, only a 20 minute walk to busy downtown area, but far away for a quite and peaceful sleep. Vilma is GREAT, she helped us with a few things. Beautiful terrace ciew, highly recommend this property.

Beautiful property

Rene was absolutely the best host during our short stay. Unfortunately, we weren't able to complete the length of our stay due to a medical emergency that prompted us to leave sooner than planned but Rene was not only understanding and supportive but also made it a point to reach out after we left to ensure my daughter was doing ok. The medical emergency had nothing to do with the property or an accident. We will return once again in our future and look to once again stay in this beautiful home. Every inch of this home is gorgous. Thank you again!

This was a beautiful, clean, safe, and quiet home in a gated neighborhood in Antigua. It was about a 10 minute walk from the central city, so it was quiet but still within walking distance or a $3-5 Uber for everything we wanted to do in Antigua. Highly recommend this place!

Perfect Vacation!

As soon as we arrived in Antigua, Rene was there to greet us; he gave us a small tour of the house, all the information needed, and his info about who he was. He was very friendly and pleasant. The house was in neat condition and very cozy; it was precisely the description written on the internet; our idea for this vacation was only to relax and forget our daily routines, and the house was perfect for our purpose. We also discovered that Rene owned a very nice establishment where he provided transportation. We decided to go, and ultimately ended up feeling full of energy and younger, so we ended up dancing salsa after many years of not dancing. We had a wonderful vacation that ended up being too short. Would recommend staying here a million times over.

Great location, quiet area, short walk to central Antigua!

Grateful to Señor René, Señora Vilma, Señor Santiago, and Erwin for making my first visit to Guatemala a true success! My friend and I felt safe and truly cared for throughout our stay. Transportation to/from GUA was a breeze, and when we had questions regarding tours we were connected with a driver and tour guide all within reasonable price. The welcome fruit basket was a nice touch, as well as the personal tour of the beautiful property. Would stay here again! Thank you!

Great stay

Rene (the owner) was extremely nice & easy to communicate with. The property is a beautiful, Spanish colonial style home, situated in a safe neighborhood. Very peaceful, picturesque surroundings. Quick & cheap Uber access made it easy to get to all of Antigua. Highly recommend.

Perfect for our family

Rene is an exceptional host. He arranged transportation for us from the airport, gave recommendations on services and things to do, provided a maid service and laundry and was there for any and all questions. The place was perfect for our family. The pool table was such a great bonus for two teens. They each had their own room upstairs and the rooftop viewing area was great to see the surrounding mountains. I would stay here again and again. Just outside the hustle and bustle of the main square but super close to the new fancy mall. Thank you so much Rene. You are the perfect host.

I obtained my BS from University of Florida and worked for IBM, Marriott and PWC during my 25 year career. I am retired, have become a musician, love nature and the simple things in life.

Built two houses, I live in the one behind and rent the other. Very comfortable and secure. Just 15 mins walk from central park and 10mins. to the shops and supermarket.

Beautiful wood work, skylights and unique design. Lots of plants and well decorated. Everything in the house is of the highest quality.
