Our stay at this VRBO was amazing from start to finish. The home was stunning, beautifully decorated, and even better than the photos. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making it feel both luxurious and comfortable. The location was perfect, and the host was extremely responsive, friendly, and easy to communicate with. We had everything we needed for a relaxing, stress-free getaway.I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect relaxing getaway

Jason and Angela have a wonderfully peaceful casita which served perfectly for a romantic getaway weekend. Hosts were communicative and helpful when asked for suggestions. The design of the casita is gorgeous, and we had want for nothing except I wish I brougjt downfree blankets and pillows--all supplied comforters and pillows in both bedrooms were feather filled which a lot of people enjoy--my immune system just does not abide. Clear days provide ocean views from the lovely outdoor dining table. Coffee station was excellently supplied, and we were very touched by the warm welcome note left for us. Downtown historic arroyo grande is a short drive away and has ample public parking. We enjoyed the farmers market as well as Ember restaurant, Klondike Pizza, and Mule coffee and pastries. Highly recommend staying here for relaxation.

Thank you for an unforgettable stay Angela our amazing host. The house was exactly as it was described and more!! The host was communicative in all aspects. The Casita was perfect approximety to beaches and wineries. House itself was immaculate and the host was gracious to provide us with snacks and a welcome cheese board and wine! We loved the beautiful view from the Casita and how peaceful and quiet it was. We would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises. Thank you again Angela.

I chose this property for the "home base" for my wedding weekend and to host a family brunch because it looked gorgeous in the pictures, and boy I was not wrong! It took us a little while to figure out which house it was, it turned out to be the guest house of the main address, and we weren't sure where to park because we hadn't found the right directions in the app yet but we got there! It was like being the king of the hill in Tuscany, the kind of house you only dream of. Sky high ceilings, a view for days, designer kitchen appliances integrated into the cabinetry, expansive bathroom, and fluffy beds. There is no catfish effect here, we were in awe from the first moment. If that weren't enough, the hosts were extremely communicative and generous beyond belief, leaving a kind and thoughtful gift in the fridge of a modest charcuterie spread and bottle of wine! They were also flexible on parking space and checkin/out times, which was a huge blessing because most of our guests were from out of state. We could not have asked for a better experience staying in this house and we would love it if we were able to come back every year

My family had an absolutely wonderful stay at this home and can’t recommend it highly enough. The property is exquisitely decorated, with every detail thoughtfully curated, so it truly felt more like staying at a friend’s beautifully designed home than a typical rental.The location, perched atop a peaceful hillside, offered stunning views and a sense of total relaxation. It was the perfect place to unwind. The linens and mattresses were on par with a high-end hotel, which made for incredibly comfortable nights.We also really appreciated the many thoughtful touches throughout the home that made our stay feel special and welcoming. The gourmet kitchen was fantastic; we only wish we had more time to take full advantage of it and cook a proper meal.Angela was a fantastic host—professional, responsive, and clear with all check-in and check-out instructions, which made everything seamless.We would absolutely stay here again and are already looking forward to our next visit.

We couldn’t believe how beautiful this home was. It felt like a casita at a very high end, boutique resort. Loved everything about. Great sunset view as well.
