Situated in an extremely convenient location; you will enjoy the ease of being under 5 minutes from waterfront dining (walking distance), grocery stores, gas stations, liquor stores, boat rentals, bait shops, local boutiques, fast food fair (Subway, Dunkin Donuts Dominoe's, McDonald's), and PLENTY of options for dining in or take-out including sushi, thai, italian, chineese, pizza, and MORE!

Our home is also very near to attractions such as the Florida Keys Wild Bird Center, Founder's Park, Theatre of the Sea, Islamorada Brewery, and the Key Lime Pie Factory. Nearby there is also a phone repair store (just incase!), as well as Mariner's Hospital, several banks, a Post Office, and the Sheriff's Office.

Grill at home after a day in the Florida sunshine and dine alfresco on our expansive balcony that overlooks the canal and our 50 foot dock...great for fishing or bring your boat/rent one from one of the many rental companies very nearby!

This home also features a super fun, very comfortable, loft-style movie theatre with the ability to access all of your favorite apps!

Enjoy the spending time together in our fully equipped eat-in chef's kitchen. This home provides the comfort of both a king bed and a queen bed, where guests can unwind in serenity. There's also a cozy office space with a twin bed.

Two large bathrooms feature spacious showers and there is a soaking tub in the master bath. The large master closet provides plenty of room to spread out and relax (although all you really need is a bathing suit and a toothbrush!). With plenty of parking and a fresh feel, this home is airy and comfortable, providing a soothing retreat after a day of exploring.

Perfect for boat lovers and small families who want to be close to it all, and still have some elbow room. A great place to call homebase while you're exploring the Keys!

*Note that this home is on the second floor and access does require the use of stairs. Outdoor space is shared with any guests in downstairs unit. Plentiful parking for this unit is to the left of the house. Stays over 10 days will require additional cleaning to be paid by guests.
