Enjoy AZ in this 3 bed, 2 bath home located in a great Glendale neighborhood. It has a private pool, pool table, Wi-Fi, and just 20 minutes from State Farm Stadium and Wesgate. Also, 25 minutes from Phoenix Arena and Diamond Backs Stadium.
Prepare delicious meals using the well-equipped kitchen and fire up the BBQ for an outdoor experience. Full coffee bar provided.
The slider doors have a self-door closing system that close automatically when you open to access the pool area.
The space
The living room features a 55” smart tv that has popular smart apps such as Netflix, Hulu and other apps with free shows and movies. You can also stream your favorite services from your phone to the TV once you’ve connected to the WiFi.

The master bedroom also has a 55’’ smart tv, king size bed, walk-in closet, and master bathroom.

The other room has a queen size bed, 43” smart tv, workspace if needed, and closet space for clothes

The last room has full size bunk beds, a 43” smart tv, and ample closet space.

The kitchen is loaded with all the necessary cookware, and dining needs.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house and front and backyards. Guests do not have access to the garage.
Other things to note
Smoking allowed outdoors only. $300 smoke damage fee for smoking indoors.

We do not allow cats. We do allow some dogs, please just ask before booking!

Use the pool, patio, and any outdoor equipment at your own risk. No lifeguard is on duty. Children must be supervised at all times.
